Look at it from this angle, Did they decamp according to the law because in this case, there’s no proof they are Apc members in the face of the law and pdp is still saying they are it’s members.

Which face of which law, do you what the laws says about defection? There's no place register or party card are mentioned, those that lost their seats before now had nothing to do with parties register or party card, this guys are gone and for good the earlier they understand the better for them, because as it stands Fubara would not pay them a cent again.

Wike can implement them in FCT, they're free to seat as friends but their resolutions are not binding on Rivers people and the government.

all what you are saying here is inconsequential to deciding the case. The evidence that someone has decamped is the letter of resignation from his party, addressed to his ward chairman and his/her name appearing in the membership register of the new political party.

Inconsequential when some goes to a court and swear and affidavit you say that wouldn't hold but you want resignation letter, if you can't produce any of your documents what do you do, you go to court and get and affidavit, so this affidavit takes the place of the resignation letter signed and sealed by the courts, this guys are gone no matter how you want to drag it

How are they acting childish, Wike has said it must be by his terms or nothing else, Fubara gave him so much allowance in his government, chief of staff, commissioners for works, finance, justice, environment, housing, agriculture and several others was given to Wike and many special advices and assistants positions. But still he wants to control the approvals of contracts, he saw the wife of the governor that was in Abuja for a meeting with the first lady of other states governors with Remi Tinubu and he started shouting at her why she brought the state jet to Abuja, what authority does he have, there lots of disrespectful characters he displayed that was really unbecoming that should be put to an end, that's not what other do, people taking sides with Wike wouldn't take half of Fubara is taking, shouting agreement is agreement
