Stop exhibiting ignorance. Nomination forms is sign by members of political parties not ward or state exco. The national exco conducted the primary not state, state exco can issue statement based on national exco activities
Beke don't have the power to nullify what national exco conducted
Don’t worry no one needs to nullify anything manually; the courts will ultimately determine the outcome.

What is surprising is the double standard in how some people interpret similar judicial situations depending on political convenience. During the PDP internal crisis, many of you argued that once there was a subsisting court order stopping a convention, any action taken in defiance of that order would not stand. You insisted the law must be obeyed.

So how is this different from the current situation?

If there are valid court pronouncements regarding the conduct or legitimacy of party congresses or leadership structures, then the same principle should apply compliance with court orders is not optional. Allegations that congresses proceeded despite judicial restrictions raise the same legal questions that have been seen in previous political party disputes, including those involving leadership tussles in Rivers State APC in past election cycles.

It is also on record that correspondences and nomination-related documents have been issued and signed under the authority of those same ward-to-state executive structures now being disputed. That alone raises further questions about legitimacy and internal party compliance.

This is not a new story it mirrors earlier political and legal disputes in Rivers State and elsewhere where courts had to intervene to clarify the validity of party structures and processes.

At the end of the day, it is not about political emotion or selective interpretation. It is about consistency in the application of the law and respect for judicial authority, regardless of party affiliation.

Emeka Beke is not the chairman of APC. Stop quoting stup1d excerpts from mushroom blogs, same way you guys quoted n0nsense for sim fubara.

If you have not seen the CTC of the Judgement STFU and stop talking about things you know nothing about. You guys have refused to learn that wike in charge at this point and you keep coming up with non issues and empty rhetoric to deceive gullible individuals on social media.

I wonder how much you are being paid by the imposter Emeka Beke and co.
Mush Room Blogs that are the key words they shared amongst you guys today because i can all of you using that word, una dull sha, see below the key points of the judgment below

Key points from the Appeal Court ruling
The Court of Appeal held that the Rivers State High Court had jurisdiction to entertain the case and issue orders concerning the congresses.
The appeal filed by Okocha and others challenging the High Court's jurisdiction was dismissed/struck out by the appellate court.
The judgment affirmed the nullification of the APC congresses that produced the Okocha-led executive structure in Rivers State.
The dispute arose because the APC conducted the congresses despite an earlier court order restraining the party from proceeding with them. The appellate court effectively upheld the consequences of that earlier order.

EMEKA Beke does not have the powers to nullify any primary in Rivers state. You guys never learn, that was exactly how anti wike news was hitting the front pages while he was winning in real life. Nominations form was not duly signed by ward chairmen, are you an APC member? Have you seen any Nominations form in your life? You guys never learn and you fail to follow and recognise patterns. In your estimation you believe and think Emeka Beke whose tenure expired in April 2025 has the powers to nullify a primary conducted by APC national? Now let me school you, Nomination form was signed by 124 dues paying members of the party and NOT ANY WARD chairman, as long as you were a valid member of APC who registered on the online portal and you paid your dues promptly, you were more than qualified to sign regardless of your position in the party. The primaries conducted was also direct primaries, a mode of primaries where all members of the party regardless of their positions were eligible to vote, in the past when indirect primaries were held, the state exco nominated a select few individuals to vote(Delegate system), in this case all party members voted, so what and where is the ground for disqualification and who the fuvck is Emeka Beke to annul the primaries.

We will be here in September when INEC publishes the final list of candidates running for elections and I will be here to remind you since some of you have refused to follow patterns and learn.
Guy go rest, how much them give you the breath up up, you sound so pained calm down, Emeka Beke , the chairman recognized by the courts.

see below for your attention and for you to get small sense, because you lack a lot of it.

Political interpretation

Supporters of the Emeka Beke faction argue that the judgment validates their position and invalidates the Okocha-led executive.

However, the Okocha-led APC faction has publicly maintained that the judgment does not automatically end its leadership position and that its lawyers are reviewing the ruling and considering further legal options.

BusinessEasybuy & The Issue Of Unfair Overdue Charges Despite Confirmed Payment by gare(op): 7:52pm On Jun 02
This needs to be said clearly.

Easybuy’s practice of slapping customers with overdue charges even after confirmed payments have been made on time is unacceptable and frustrating.

Customers are making payments, banks are confirming receipt of funds (including through institutions like Wema Bank), yet accounts are still being flagged as unpaid, followed by constant calls, pressure, and penalty charges.

How does that make sense?

When payment has been successfully processed and verified, why are customers still being treated as defaulters? Why should people bear the cost of system delays, internal reconciliation issues, or poor record updates?

It is even more disturbing that some customers report being threatened with restrictions or BVN-related actions despite clear proof of payment. That is not customer service that is pressure-based enforcement on people who have already fulfilled their obligations.

Let’s be clear:
If payment has been made and confirmed, any further charges are unjustified.

Companies must not transfer their internal delays or system inefficiencies to customers as debt.

This needs urgent attention, transparency, and proper accountability.

Customers deserve fairness, not intimidation

The lawyers know nothing, they are meddlesome interlopers. I hope when the case is thrown out of the court you won't come online to futher malign OK chinda, a man who you know nothing about. I hope you also know that his APC membership slip printed directly from the APC online registration portal which has his registration date spelt out clearly will be one of the documents tendered as evidence to counter the claims from those busy bodies?
All of that can be altered from the back end, and I know nothing about him. I even pass through his family compound almost every day on my way to and from work so let’s not pretend people don’t know what they are talking about.

Sit back and watch. You are commenting from a distance on issues you clearly do not understand yet speaking as though you are informed.

I don’t have time for that. Some of you are clearly positioned to push narratives against anyone not aligned with your view. The question is, at the end of all this noise, what exactly do you stand to gain?

Not after APC primaries, house has been on recess for 4 weeks and only resumed today. If you were not so blinded by misplaced hatred, you'd see that in the OP other defection letters was also read on the floor today and this is coming after primaries in their respective parties too.
I can see how far you can see your eyes are too wide open to ignore the fact that the country is steadily decaying before our very eyes.

After the APC primaries, I honestly don’t understand what lessons our political leaders are trying to teach us. It often feels like all they are after is power and money, with little regard for the people.

What is so difficult about resigning from a current position before contesting, just as others have done? Or even defecting properly like others? Why must the rules always be bent just to create the impression that some individuals are untouchable?

Those celebrating such actions should also reflect on it, because when the system is eventually bent in a way that does not favour them, they may not find it so acceptable.
PoliticsRe: Pst Adeboye Neutral, Never Campaigned For Govt In Power — RCCG by gare(f): 12:16pm On Jun 02
Omooba77:
The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has dismissed claims that its General Overseer, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, campaigned for the government in power, insisting that he has always maintained a neutral stance on partisan politics.

In a statement on Tuesday, RCCG Public Relations said the cleric has consistently encouraged members of the church to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and exercise their civic rights by voting for candidates of their choice, rather than endorsing any political party.

The church also refuted claims that Adeboye called off a planned protest, explaining that he merely communicated the directive of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) regarding adjustments to a three-day prayer programme and rally.

“Pastor E.A. Adeboye only communicated the instruction of the Pentecostal Fellowship in Nigeria to members of the RCCG on the updated plan to have the grand finale of the Three Day Prayer Program in a centralized venue and hold a rally around the venue. This was communicated by PFN to all churches under PFN in Nigeria,” it said.

RCCG further rejected allegations that the cleric intentionally keeps silent on national issues, noting that Adeboye has spoken on several occasions about insecurity, corruption, economic hardship, elections, governance and the need for righteous leadership, often through moral guidance, prayer and counsel rather than partisan political confrontation.

“Let it be clearly stated: Pastor Adeboye and The RCCG will not be defined by falsehood, and neither will the Church remain silent while inaccurate narratives are repeatedly circulated as facts,” the statement said.

The church urged the public, bloggers, commentators and media organisations to verify information concerning Pastor Adeboye and RCCG through its official communication channels before publication.

“If a claim is not communicated, verified, or endorsed through RCCG’s official communication channels, it should not be regarded as an official position of the Church,” it stated.

He protested against the government during the administration of Goodluck Jonathan when the price of PMS was ₦96 per litre. Now that PMS is selling for about ₦1,350 per litre, many people are asking what he is waiting for before coming out to protest again.

That is the question many Nigerians are asking. If he knew he would not be able to sustain the activism or apply the same standards regardless of who is in power, why start it in the first place? People expect consistency, especially from those who previously positioned themselves as outspoken critics of government policies.
PoliticsRe: Fresh Twist In Rivers APC As Reinstated Faction Sacks Chinda, Wike’s Candidates by gare(f): 9:27am On Jun 02
Mynd44:
Unfortunately, primary elections. Into reps, Senate and gubernatorial elections are done by the federal arm of the party
Baba, go and check what happened in previous cases such as the Zamfara APC case and the Rivers APC case in 2019. Those situations prevented the parties from fielding candidates because there were valid court orders affecting their congresses and primaries. The courts have consistently frowned on parties proceeding with such exercises in defiance of judicial directives.

The issue is not as simple as many are trying to portray it. If there was a court judgment directing that the congresses should not proceed, and the party went ahead regardless, then the legal consequences should not come as a surprise.

And don't state party chairmen sign candidate nomination forms and other party documents at the state level? I'm just asking. Because if they do then those candidates are done for.

On the other hand, Wike is being strategic when he says the coalition has not yet chosen its candidates. They may eventually field candidates through another platform. However, as far as APC is concerned, the process in Rivers State appears to have been concluded.
