The Southeast should continue advocating for the development of a functional seaport in the region. With the right infrastructure, cities like Enugu could experience significant economic growth, similar to Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abuja.

The Federal Government should support this by investing in ports, roads, rail, and other critical infrastructure across the country. Developing more commercial hubs would create jobs, boost regional economies, and help reduce the pressure on Lagos.

At the rate Lagos is growing, one might even joke that the city could "sink" under the weight of its population 😄

The reason I asked was simply because I wanted to understand the facts. There's nothing wrong with sharing information about the coastal road project. If you don't have the details, someone else will.

I believe many supporters are part of the problem because some defend the government without being able to explain or discuss its policies and achievements. Supporting a government should go beyond tribal or religious sentiments. If you truly believe in its performance, you should be able to present its achievements with facts and convince others based on evidence, not insults.
