HealthAny Required Timeframe Within Which A Woman Can Rise To Clean Up Afta Intimacy? by garnetty(op): 3:02am On Apr 12, 2012
Just wondering if there is a recommended timeframe within which a woman can rise up to clean up after s3xual intercourse so as to allow for proper movement of the active spermatozoa to the ovaries. Or can she rise up almost immediately to clean up believing that proper movement would have taken place? Contributions are sincerely welcome. Please moderator, i will be much obliged if this can make the front page. Thanks.

SimonAndal: They should first of all break-in the house. Do it in the living room, on the dining table, in the kitchen, in the shower, bath, at night on the terrace, in the car (that one's a must). Then once a day till the novelty years off and they divorce. True story.
Lolzzzzzzzzz.
BusinessRe: Is It Ethical For A Christian To Trade Forex? by garnetty(m): 3:37pm On Apr 05, 2012
limitbreka: Forex can never be gamble. I thought my pastor how to trade forex and I'm proud to say that he makes Ğoº°˚°ºϑ Money out of forex monthly. I personally can't do without forex.
As a prospective Forex Trader, i don't think being a Christian or a Muslim has gotten anything to do with Forex Trading. It is just like any other form of biz. It is risk-oriented and requires strong speculation as it is in stock trading. In all businesses, it is either you make profit or loss at the expense of others and vice versa. It has nothing to do with religion.

@ limitbreka...please i need your help on the basic rudiments of forex trading. At the moment, i have a demo/practice account but needs someone to put me through on the essential features on the platform. Please my e-mail address is awesome_garnet76@yahoo.com. Thank you in advance. Hope to read from you soon. goes

@ Fxwarrior...please same goes to you. Your expertise is highly solicited. This is what i have always craved for. Thank you.

May God have mercy.

Flex_sexybone: May we all be alive, hail and hearthy when NSITF finally calls because the way tension rises and falls on this thread is enough to render one medically unfit when one is finally called to pick one's appointment letter. grin grin grin grin grin grin

austushi1: Guys, I'll like to advice us to forget about NSITF for now, and concentrate on whatever we are doing. Those already employed, should concentrate and put more effort on their current jobs, and for those looking for job, keep searching and praying. I called one of the numbers on NSITF site and the man i spoke with told me, he does not know anything about the recruitment anymore. he advised me to concentrate on what so ever i am doing now. Me, i don bone NSITF for now, because i no wan get HBP, so i suggest you guys should do the same. you can confirm with the details below:

Head Office Address,
N.S.I.T.F Abuja FCT, Plot 794 Muhammed Buhari Way. Central Business District
PMB 446 Garki FCT, Abuja.

Phone Numbers (24hrs):
+234 805-424-0775
+234 803-615-2495
+234 803-591-0243
+234 803-349-7651
+234 805-974-4800

Website: www.nsitf.net
E-mail: info@nsitf.net
@ austushi1...In the time past, i made a call to one of these numbers just to make some clarifications on the recruitment exercise and what the receiver told me was that he was not in the best position to tell to what extent the exercise has gone but no doubt it is on-going. That when everything is concluded, the recruitment affairs will be instructed accordingly. So, any updates from any bearer of the above numbers should not be taken seriously as some of them don't even have any clue on the recruitment, let alone know what stage it has gone. Our hopes will never be dashed by HIS grace.
PropertiesRe: Ejecting Tenants After 6 Months Notice Lapses: How Do I Do It? by garnetty(m): 4:14pm On Mar 27, 2012
@ yamakuza....I don't get the interpretation of your 'months ago'. In Law, a yearly tenant is ordinarily entitled to a 6 months notice to seek fresh accommodation elsewhere but in the circumstance (which i presume you are referring to) that the tenant stays beyond the legal 6 months notice period and the landlord also did not issue the traditional quit notice, the 7 days notice will suffice. However, the court will only presume that the requirement of the initial notice would have been met by reason of inaction of the tenants. To my mind, this is calling equity to bear on the issue. In any case, all depends on the facts and circumstances of every case. No court would want to direct a landlord to issue the traditional 6 months notice to quit to a tenant who has 'stubbornly' stayed beyond his term. Having said this, landlords should always do the right and legitimate things. Equity aids the vigilant and not the indolent.
PropertiesRe: Ejecting Tenants After 6 Months Notice Lapses: How Do I Do It? by garnetty(m): 3:24pm On Mar 27, 2012
@ Ochukoccna...By operation of the law, their tenancies have expired and therefore their merely squatters. As much as i will not advise use to employ self-help cos it can only complicate matters, you will do yourself good if you can give the 7 days notice as rightly pointed out by Lawyer and file necessary papers at any rent tribunal or Magistrate Court as the case may be. In your claims for eviction of the affected tenants, you can then make case for staying over rent which in law is referred to as Mesne Profit. Goodluck.

aca77: Lol. I've seen it all on this thread . . .from the sublime to the ridiculous. I find it laughable that some of us are expecting to see an employment list published in a newspaper! As if it's a federal university's admission list or something. Na wa for my people oh.

Anyway, the wait for the all-important phone call or text message is on. In God we trust.
Quite ridiculous though!!!. Not in my wildest imagination.

@ Flex...what a dramatic turn of event. From 'blind' enquiry about NNPC recruitment to forum analysis and sabotage. I'm sure you already have a personal disconnect with yourself, if not how would a total stranger who had never championed the interest of or contributed in any meaningful way to this forum just suddenly become the 'PRO' of NSITF and telling us what the state of mind of NSITF Management is right now. Needless to remind you that over 80% of the hopefuls on this forum are busy doing one or two things and therefore not 'jobless' as you may have assumed. If you are desirous of opening a new thread for your 'PRO & Criticism stuffs' you are free. Don't come to this forum and dampen the joyful spirit, aspirations and positive energy of its members. If you are not part of the WHOLE, you cannot have control over the WHOLE. Time will tell. God is our refuge.

volla: @gsaks2002, pls sir, if the scheme is suffering from a tussle btw FG & insurance coys, do you think nsitf/FG will go ahead in inaugurating a new board and oppening up new corporate office at lagos?
@ Volla...just spoken my thought. That tussle had been settled long ago. Infact the implementation of the ECA scheme was delayed to bring in more experienced hands in the insurance industry and other stakeholders to be part of the Board of NSITF so as to ensure smooth sail.

@ flex sexybone... Do you know what NNPC recruitment looks like? That place is a different ball game altogether. It is highly politicised and if you must know they are NOT currently recruiting. What you may have noticed is a recruitment of one of their off-shore partners being conducted through them. Infact the PRO, Livi Ajunoma was recently in the news to debunk the rumour that the institution was recruiting. The recruitment exercise initiated sometime in 2010 is still not concluded yet. I will advise you stick with whatever you are doing now or seek employment opportunities elsewhere.

@ lilodez....I'm still very much around, only decided to watch proceedings in the forum from the background and once in a while chip in one or two info. You will agree with me that there is no tangible info right now except that we have over and over been assured that all is going to end well. Let's keep faith with God and expect the best. We will get there soonest.

@ easydone, i understand your curiosity in the course of your job hunt, but unfortunately you have strayed into a thread totally out of your concern. This thread is meant for NSITF 2011 hopefuls and not any thread you can just jump into. I have come across quite number of threads bordering on IITA's recruitment on Nairaland and i  guess you will do yourself well by checking it out for possible response and help. Nobody on this forum may well be obliged to respond to your questions as we are only obsessed with NSITF matter and nothing else. Goodluck buddy.

Well said Volla. They can open up a new thread for their unsolicited junks. It's quite sometime Broncop, lilodez, Jybz and Danto. How are you guys faring? Zico2, adah25 and the rest, you are doing well. We will hear the good news soon.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: NSITF Interview In August by garnetty(m): 10:51am On Feb 29, 2012
@Zico2, well said!! Look, I'm not trying to cast aspersions on the source of your information but am just trying to reiterate the fact the whole process is beclouded with uncertainties and no one is sure of what is going on and why the long delay. On the issue of Federal Character Commission, i think that stage should have been done with long ago. All what we should be expecting now are our offer letters except there is a contrary info. We will all get there. Amen.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: NSITF Interview In August by garnetty(m): 8:56am On Feb 29, 2012
Almighty God, this is another month end. When will this process be over? This untold suspense and delays are freaking me out. Today, the HR Personnel has travelled out of the country, tomorrow the list has been forwarded to Federal Xter Commission. Nobody has a grasp of what exactly we are up against. God is my refuge. We will get there. It is well.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: NSITF Interview In August by garnetty(m): 10:56am On Feb 23, 2012
@ Zico2, , well said!. I was merely speculating the possibility of involving ARM Pension PFA while not casting aspersions on the workings of TRUSTFUND Pension Plc, an offshoot of NSITF, to manage and administer pension funds of all the employees in the group, afterall TRUSTFUND Pension Plc was established by NSITF way back in 2004 as a government institution to be a major player alongside privately owned PFAs and PFCs after the pension fund industry was revolutionised by the Federal Government via the Pension Reform Act, 2004. Big ups, never knew Abuja Towers was part of NSITF subsidiaries.

@ Broncop and Irom, thank you for your timely updates. We will all get in a couple of days more. God is on our side.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: NSITF Interview In August by garnetty(m): 2:04pm On Feb 22, 2012
@ lillodez, there is nothing wrong with the fact that NSITF could commission ARM Pension Fund Administrators to register its new employees for the purpose of pension fund remittance as this is even compulsory under the Pension Act. However, what we should be bothered about is the fact that NSITF allegedly issued letters of appointments to some so called 'special candidates' (which i very much doubt) at the expense of other similarly qualified hopefuls. Though, we can not rule out the menace called Nigerian Factor in this process but i strongly have doubts as to the authenticity of that claim. All what i believe God for is that whatever has been signed and sealed in heaven will ultimately be delivered to our various doorsteps on earth. No mortal can change the will of God, when HE says the time is right for glory. We will all get there. Amen.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Should Wenger Be Sacked? by garnetty(m): 4:18pm On Feb 20, 2012
Most worrisome thing about this 'french retard' is that at the end of every disappointing outing, he makes silly excuses and permutations to justify his failure irrespective of constructive criticisms that he may learn one or two things from. Imagine him saying that making a fourth place slot in the premier league is winning a 'trophy' on its own. Positions on the league table is now a success benchmark for Arsene Wenger. I think this man i disillusioned about what success is all about especially in club football. Unfortunately, Board of Arsenal FC is not seeing anything wrong with his performance so far. Six years of trophy(less) administration is so ridiculous. I pity the fans who, despite this uncertainties, still travel in and out of London to watch the matches. Mctheeeeeewww!!!
