As I suggested, I strongly recommend that she sponsors herself. Working for 6 months is not an issue. Her job is good and provides enough ties to Nigeria. She should include a nicely worded cover letter and emphasis that she has a good job to come back to. And include documents to prove that. She will get the visa.

@gaskinachi decent incomes.. but why different amounts? Is there an employment letter that clearly states she will be paid different sums every month? Because you will be asked annual income .. If varying sums, an eco that does not want to understand will deny..
I ask this bcus i dnt know how she will be able to give an accurate answer for annual income.
Family vacation yes- but please she has to have an itinerary adequately stating her plans for each day of the trip
If it is something like July you are travelling to.. google a festival happening during that time or a free event .. she is an intending tourist and should show this.
She needs to write a cover letter asides filling the refusal reasons on the form.
Then she needs to let the eco know her current circumstances and why she will come back after the trip. This job should be put at the helm of her ties.
Hope she has approved leave? Pls get an introductory letter from the company stating her salary in simple words and the discrepancies.
Also stating when she is travellin and when she is returning to work, where she is travelin to and that they have no objection to the trip
As the sponsor, hope no complications with your own bank statemnt?
Pls as a sponsor write a letter of sponsorhip, explain everything and why you are more than happy to sponsor this trip. Google reasons as to why you will come back.
@sokotogudali has a cover letter on this thread, search for it.. i note his circumstances are differnet(exams, med dr etc) but it gives you a good picture of what you should be explainin.. there’s no limit to her explainin her circumstances as it is needed given 4 previous refusals
I also hope her company has contact information for verification and some presence online should the eco want to clarify anything given she is less than 6 months with them.

@gaskinachi each applicant must have a form irregardless of age. Visa fee/form is per head. Fill the adress continuously, it will let u pass after sometime.. u can write it as 2 yrs: when d form is reviewed this will be understood.
your wife should provide a bank statemnt without unexplained deposits. If any unexplained large deposits, be ready to provide documentary evidence.. although it will better without such given past refusals
Also bear in mind, evn though you are sponsoring- it is her own circumstances that will be used to judge the application… therfore with her 3 previous refusals do not treat the application with levity. Patience and accuracy needed for filling forms as well as arranging her documents to show strong ties to Nigeria and genuine intention of proposed trip.
Per ur last Q, write 1 naira in the place where asked how much personally is she the applicant contributing to the trip

Update. She has 4 previous refusals from previous data so this is her 5th try… in my opinion, if this application is not water tight including her bank statement, kindly do not apply.
Find all previous refusal letters.. each reason for denial should be addressed.
If multiple unexplained deposits or complicated bank statement, pls go back to the drawing board and keep a clean statement.

Take a break from UK. The refusals are too much and there are so many things I personally see wrong with her application and she has kept repeating the same mistakes.

First is stating that she makes additional income of about N8m without any concrete proof of the income. These Agri businesses aren’t even recognized by the UK. Any need to state these incomes? Can’t you get another account where those monies should go into (which you don’t have to declare to the UK) instead of the funds going into your salary account..

you earn enough to be granted a visa but the other explanations are unnecessary complications. Focus on your salary. Writing only on the application webpage isn’t enough for you, you need to write a cover letter, tabulate the issues in your previous refusal and explain each of them in their seperate sections of the table.

Attach your offer letter that shows the breakdown of your remuneration, inclusive of your car and housing allowances so that if you have to explain in your application, you have a backup.

I don’t even think highlighting those parts in your application is necessary.. you should have applied in the month where those are not showing.

How do you receive over 600k and spend more than 500k monthly leaving a tiny disposable income? If you were spending say 300k and having a disposable income of more than 300k it makes more sense seeing that at a budget of 800k for your vacation, you’ll be spending just about 2 times your disposable income. It doesn’t even make sense that you are enjoying life at N500k monthly spend in Nigeria only to plan to go and manage N800k on a vacation. Check am na!

Leave your salary account alone to be just your salary. Do other transactions in other accounts which you do not have to submit.

Infact leave UK for now. Travel to South Africa, Zanzibar, Maldives, anywhere else. Let them know you like to vacation and it mustn’t necessarily be in their country. You’re making it even look like you have plans.. 4 times back to back.

Can you send a letter of reconsideration, it will be reviewed again.
In that letter take extreme time and explain all her financials, it is quite lengthy and cud get confusing from what i am seeing here.
Let this be revisited.

If u let this one slide, that is 4 refusals on her back. It will be easier for a cow to pass through the eye of a needle than for her to get it at the 5th try.

Sorry to hear about your friend's. Does the Cab has a company name? They are usually written on the side of the cab. If yes, he might be able to trace. If not, please tell him next time to call taxi cabs rather than hailing one (as passengers are only covered by insurance when they order a cab over the phone.

Now to your question, here's what your friend should do;

1. He needs to apply for a new passport with the Nigerian High Commission in the UK for a new passport and provide a police reference as evidence that he has reported the passport missing or stolen. (he will need this to fly back to Nigeria).

2. Tell him also to try and contact the UK Visas and Immigration contact centre on Telephone: 0300 123 2241, They are opened on Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4:45pm Friday, 9am to 4:30pm.

Note: It's a free phone number if he dials from a landline. He might be have to wait in the queue on the phone for up to one hour, so tell him to prepare for this.

3. Tell him to keep every piece of documentation, date/times he called the police/home office, who he spoke to on the phone, what time etc so that when next he is applying for a visa in the future, he will have proof to show that he did reach out/contact the home office to let them know of his predicament.

How long ago this incident took place? He should try and go.back to the bus station perhaps he will recognize the cab/driver. He can also report to the bus station management, there are cameras around, they might come in useful.
