The way people analyse football here ehn, jux makes me wonder if the analysis is from a basketball perspective or jux normal beer parlour talk.
How will one blame alozie for the second goal, as in HOW?
Even for the 1st goal i won't blame Plumptre for it, the attacker was clever and fast. She tracked down her man well but no one was available to stop the eventual scorer.
Have you guys forgotten they are females, you can't expect them to play like their male counterpart. Even the male dem they fumble big time, shay na puyol abi na the legendary ramos, what of roberto carlos, this guys have all fumbled in more than one match, but see them now they are legend
My own be say make una dey calm down, NOBODY IS PERFECT. |

mostob: Ohale, Plumptre and Alozie are the culprit here... Ohale failed to cover for her and Plumptre should have set an offside trap. Alozie had to either follow the free SA player or mark the passer hoping Ohale covers for her. She couldn't do the latter probably because she thought the offside mark was still in place. Alozie might share the blame but considering her overall performance yesterday,it only makes sense for her to be pardoned. Ashleigh and Ohale shared the larger part of the blame to me.
BTW what do you mean by the bolded? How has that got to do with the discussion? SMH... That's to low man you meant to say ebi |

dijon: Their teacher taught the "Haram" football made in 1994.
EA should pls update himself and forget about this 1994 stuff....Amuneke himself mentioned in an interview with Elegbete TV that football is not about wing play again that football has evolve. Xavi uses "wing play" at barca and it's working wonders for him. I don't think it's outdated, every tactics works fine if the coaches knows what they are doing. As it stands now i don't think the current coaches in the super eagles are what we need now and also at the world cup. |

13large: We don’t really have to win in Kumasi a draw will be fine. In the return leg, we can go all out but still not a 424. I even prefer an attacking 352 than a 424 my guy football is far from all those one u are saying. In football now u have to rely on your strength and super eagles strength is in attack. All u need is a good tactics and everything will be ok. Eg look at this bayern Munich formation, it look stipid but they are getting their result. They are relying on their strength.

I even prefer an attacking 352 than a 424 how are u sure we are getting a win in abuja? To avoid unnecessary panic and pressure we should go for a win in kumasi and not jux to win but convincingly. So that the pressure will be on them, then they will come out in all-attack, then we'll deal with them woto woto. |

13large: What sort of Idiot plays the same 424 again in an away game? You must have not learnt anything from Tunisia It was the same formation we used in defeating egypt. Remember we are going there to win and not to play safe. Forget We are better than this guys. It is better we use more of attackers which we have in abundance than playing defensively which we are not strong at. Football is about scoring, if we concede no lele, so far we outscore them. You see this ghana their defence is f9, midfield e7, attack e8. What's there to be scared. I'm not bragging but that is the fact. |

My opinion on our lineup against ghana tomorrow: i feel the coach should go for the lineup he used at the nations cup(4-2-3-1) with osimhen and balogun who are not available at the nations cup coming in, cos we definitely need balogun's height for set piece. So the defence should be; aina, balogun, ekong and zaidu.
Then for the midfield, i will go for aribo and i feel onyeka should replace injured ndidi. Iheanacho should play as a supporting striker that he is, then osimhen as the number 9.
As for the two wingers, i feel the coach should go for lookman and chukwueze reason because they are our less physical wingers among the four available. So by the time it's second half the Ghanaians would have gotten tired, then simon and Dennis can come in and torment the tired Ghanaians defence. Then for for goalkeeper uzoho should start.
Osimhen
Lookman iheanacho chukwueze
Aribo onyeka
Zaidu aina Ekong balogun
Uzoho |

Blueelf: Don't mind Andrew
Pep is good but very overrated
Pep couldn't have coached Liverpool effectively given the amount at Liverpool's disposal
Pep can never manage a club who won't give him at least €100m to buy one player Was he given 100€ to buy player at barca and bayern Munich |
