@ All, i will appreciate if i can get the best advice for my car Honda Babyboy v6 engine. Though i have gone through the post for the related issues but i still want more clarification on this issue. Bought the car last year after i had an accident with my previous car( Kia Cerato "it was right off", after the purchase the performance was perfect but it started developing gear transmission fault while moving that i had to change the gearbox, two months after i had the gearbox changed i noticed that each time i am in the traffic (i work on the island) the car jerks before it change to gear 2, i reported the case to my mechanic and he got the gear sensor serviced and cleaned which worked for some weeks. What i noticed is that each time i am in the traffic the car dragged/jerked before changing from gear 1 to 2 after wards the performance is perfect.

Aside the gear box issue everything about the car is perfect except for small noise coming from the hands(tyrod, bushing) that are due to our bad roads.

I really appreciate what u guys said.i once posted an article about may be we need to have something like a fixed price but most of the guys here disagree.though i'm new to web design and i see no reason why somebody will learn web designing with almost 50k or more than,and at the end of the day they charge 4k.it is really embarrasing,it is better one do it for free as a charity rather than chrging 4k, but i believe pple charging 4k dont know what they are doing,

If u are ask what do mech eng want to do in a bank? ans:i think the best answer u should give them is simply that having ur first degree in mech eng is not an issue since we all know that having ur first degree is a stepping stone to many other things ahead of u and also since u are flexible and u have what they are looking for despite the fact u a mech eng grad u have what it takes to be have the job.(just capitalise on ur strenght dont give in to ur weakness.i must tell u what they are always looking for is not really the answer u give to the question but the confidence u have in urself,the way u talk,if u are not timid,and look them in the eye).they mite also ask why should we employ?just tell them that u have what it takes mention one or two of ur strenght that u can defend and also hammer on the fact that u are a graduate that u can also work under stress as stress stimulate u,
