2.2 litres engine is nt a small engine ooo, how many kilometers is the to and fro distance you described determine dt with ur odometer. D fuel consumption may b slightly higher but not over d roof like u r saying. U dnt expect d fuel economy of a 1.6l engine with a 2.2l engine.

U choose power over economy when u bought 2.2l Camry against d usually 2.0l. By d way did u buy d car naija used or toks and when.

Thank you so much Gazzuz and Siena, you guys always have the answer. Unlike those of us who come here to tell us our engines will park up or kaput.
As for my Engine oil and all other fluids, they are all toped up. So, it is not about my oil not been toped. I think Gazzuz has a point, the switch might have been tampered with while the radiator was been installed, and also, it could be that my filter is bad.

Master Gazzuzz, I hail o. Pls my Honda accord 05 4 plug engine sometime rev as high as 2000rpm. Attimes, it fluctuates btw 800 and 2000rpm continuously. However, wat I do presently is to switch off the engine for 1min and switch. The imbalance will stop. Kindly advise of the possible cause and resolution as I know suspect that a part is acting up gradually.

Oga gazzuzz, pls whats the cause of vibration BTW 20mph and 40mph when on 3rd gear on a Honda pilot 2004, vibration stops when accelerated or brake pedal pressed. A gearbox mech suggest gear switches/change of fluid

You are right. I hardly obey those ridiculous road side speed limit signs but according to FRSC regulations, the prescribed limits by road type are:
Built-up areas: 50 km/h.
Less-populated areas: 80 km/h.
Highways: 100 km/h.
Is it even possible to comply with these?

I drive a 2004 eod i4. For some months now my gear has been acting funny but I decided to keep managing it until recently when it got worse.

Before whenever I'm driving for more than 30mins the gear makes a 'kpom' sound and the gear stops changing, it remains on D and wouldn't increase more than the 2nd gear.

Now this issue occurs every minute once I'm on the road. The way I temporarily stop this problem is to park, Switch off the car and restart it then the gear would be working properly again (until the next minute)

I took it to my mech at warri and after scanning he informed me that I had to change the solenoid A (which I did) but the problem still persisted. After running another scan it revealed that solenoid BC was bad.

My brother, as at today I have bought 2 different solenoids BC but still no improvement. Scan keep telling us the solenoid isn't good and my mech says to see a good one would be hard because nobody takes off a good solenoid from a gearbox and sells separately.

I need to know how much I can get a good solenoid from lagos and I also need some advice from you guys too. Thanks
