Mr Gazzuzz pls come to my rescue.
My 2003 corolla passenger side front tyre and opposite back tyre stiffed after driving for few minutes. Once my mechanic bleeded the line for the two tyres, it will run smoothly for the next few minutes and stuck again. Both braking mechanism have been checked ok by my mechanic. Still same issue
Pls what could be done my gurus in the house.

Mr Gazzuz I really need your advice coz I am confused now.
I bought a 4zz engine for my 2008 Corolla(manual gear). The engine was mounted and when they tried starting the car, it wasn't bringing current. After all said and done, they discover the brain box was faulty which they recommend that conversion of brain box should be done since we couldn't find a good brain ordering for it twice.
After the conversion was done, they tried starting the car it will come up and then the current will sieze without it steaming. When the electrician tested all the injector, it flashes light like 3 times and then seize. We have tried all we could even changing counting from B to F but no head way.
Kindly advise.

That's how yesterday, I took my car to a highly recommended car radio "expert" to help me install a subwoofer...

While doing that, he had to take apart a part of the car dashboard panel housing the radio and AC buttons...Dude did a nice and neat job with the subwoofer installation..that worked perfectly

Only problem was that I discovered at night that my car's ac button night lights were no longer working ..Somehow guy managed to install subwoofer and uninstalled my ac button illumination lights


Somehow, Naija mechanics always manage to install a new problem after solving an old one ... Maybe it's part of the ethics of their profession.."Never forget to install a new problem after solving an old one"

You have worn our timing chan, timing chain guards, and most likely vtc actuator.

What the mechanic did was to extend the factory length of your tensioner (longer "d" so it can hit the sweet spot) so the chain will not rattle, unfortunately I don't know how long this will last.

Bite the bullet and do a proper job by opening the timing chain cover, examine the parts that are worn and replace them.

I drive Corolla 2003, My mechanic told me that my timing chain is weak when I went to service my engine.
But he said he can do something to adjust it from the back of my engine to be alright, so I allowed him.
He loosed this part (pics attached) from the back of my engine and took it to a welder, I don't know wat the welder cut or weld into it, he brought it back, sand paper it and fix it.

Since then, the sound of my engine changed and start grunting a bit louder when I start the engine, but normalize when the engine settles, but grunt on motion.

My vehicle engine is always quiet, but after wat he did, I can hear the sound of my engine from the inside when I drive it.

Pls I need help, wat is the consequence of wat he just did, and wat can I do about it. Gurus help me pls. Thanks.

Pls oo. I have codes p0016, p0018 and p0300 on lexus es 300. Car is running fine. During replacement of crankshaft oil seal, the engine was brought down and as it was being coupled mechanic said the timing belt it has seems to be failing. I told him I have no problems with the timing belt. He showed me some degradation on the belt body and said it may fail when I least expected and put me in huge mess. I said they should change the belt. A new belt was installed, I traveled and i was using it for about 2-3 weeks and one day this belt cut on the road. I called the closes mech to replace the belt and after he did, I found out I have these codes. They show pending and after I clear and scan again the p0018 is showing both bending and confirmed while p0016 and p0300 are both showing pending. I got the car toks, for 2 years now no problems and it runs great.

But I want to sell it and acquire RX350 2011 but I am worried it has these codes make I no sell bad car give person. I called the guy that fixed the belt he is an illiterate, was saying I should not worry but I told him I no like this code. He went under, taped some wires and told me all is well. I cleared codes, drove to my house and scanned and i no see the codes only to get the codes back next day.

What I do not understand is why I am having random misfires only after belt replacement.

Mr Gazzuzz, here is the problem I have with you again. My dashboard was never ageing. My dashboard was stainless. You saw it, and you confirmed. I have the videos. I have been pissed enough.

My glove box opens on every pothole
My vents are all broken
My sits are torn
My dashboard is all shaky while on rough roads.
You didnt even fit the dashboard well, spaces are opened everywhere

Nobody has touched my dashboard.
Nothing has ever been done on that ride
I shipped that car in myself, very neat and stainless

Infact, everybody that knows me with that car have cursed you because they know the before and after. The problem I have with you is this "no remorse" attitude. The mistake i made was taking the car away, I should have left it for you sincerely. Its sad really
