My 2008 Honda accord wouldnt rev past 3000rpm. Scanned the ride and got the P0339 code (crankshaft sensor intermittent fault).

The car also experiences hard starting.

I have replaced the sensor with 3 different ones, yet the problem persists.

My rewire is talking about a faulty ECU.

Kindly help out guys.

Heard so much about you. Well, until I gave my Avensis 2013 to a mechanic for fixing and I ended up changing gear box where the casing was replaced with mine. And then Top Cylinder. Car now sounds like molue when gear changes from one to two. Then at 120KM/H, this funny continuous humming sound commences...

The plan is to change it. However as a novice, I just assume follow-come is better and want to know if it is possible to change it and have a good one.

history of main battery polarity swapping .

Nothing for now, just manage or replace the cluster.

Hi Gazzuzz. A family member bought a new car and wants to give me his old Toyota camry 2009. However I will have to do fixes including the gear. Is it possible to replace the gear with a good one? Worried if changing it will warrant problems. Don't want to end up changing and changing until I shout.

He specifically said Honda Civic and I specifically told him if it's same engine doesn't matter whether one is manual transmission and the other automatic transmission.

I know even for sienna 1st generation 1mz is different from 1mz with vvti

Hello Gazzuz,
I recently replaced the engine of my Camry 1999. Pencil light. The car drove very well immediately after the engine replacement acceleration was very smooth and swift like never before! One week down the line the car has started to stall acceleration is not so swift, I have to fire really hard for it to accelerate fast. I don't even know where to start the troubleshooting. Please I need advice.

Engine is engine, nothing like manual engine. Also a car can be available with 2 types of transmission manual or automatic.

if your engine spoil change it to the exact engine, whether the donor car was manual or automatic it doesn't matter, the engine would work for any transmission as long as it's same engine

try it in 3mz and 1mz 2001-2007 Highlander /Lexus Vehicles


There is different engine for same vehicle with same badge o!

If I use it in city most it doesn't blink
But once it's good express like travelling ND I keep going for long then it starts blinking that D light on the dash board

It do reset if I off it at checkpoints for some minutes ND drive again but comes up after moving for some few miles again?

What could be the cause
The Engine and Gear was changed last year around this time

HLO HOUSE... Pls my Camry 2.4 fan belt pulled out and I called my mechanic. After fixing the belt and l starts it. the exhaust manifold became very red like fire and the car was not moving and he said the manifold was blocked. He he losed it and said he want to remove the net in it so I can drive it away from that sport. After fixing the manifold the car still refused to move well. moving slowly. when you starts the car its not firing well and when you engage the gear the engine will do as if it want to off. And I also noticed oil spilling out from the engin. I have problem here. From pulled engine belt to blocked manifold, engine refused to fire well and to oil spillage. PLEASE HELP...! before my trial and error mechanic make someone go MAD. Plsss

How do I rectify issue with my EOD 2004. In the morning or when d weather is cold, the car doesn't rev beyond 2000rpm. But after driving for few mins and I switch off and restarts d car it starts normally and rev well. During d day or when the temperature is Normal I don't experience this. My mechanic said it's the cold start censor that is failing have changed it but issue still persists. He has advised I change the plugs. Please what can be done so I don't end up spending money of plugs that won't resolve d issue.

Good day Oga Gazzuzz, I ran speedily on a road bump. I ignorantly didn't check but continued my journey hoping to get to my destination, mainland to Island ?work things)
On getting to 3rd mainland bridge, engine went off and refused to start, had to tow it down to the office.

A mechanic checked it and said it was exhaust pipe, then I called my mechanic on phone which then asked him to check the Gasket, and they both concluded the gasket is damaged.

I just serviced the car not upto 3 weeks and this mechanic close to my office says the oil is almost black already and we need to change. He also said I need One (1) gasket but after speaking to the other mechanic he said I needed 2 Gaskets. Am getting kinda confused.

Office mechanic said Gasket is around #6k per one, my home mechanic said it's around #12k per one and initially told me I needed 3 sef.

Please my question and sincere response required are;
How many Gaskets is required for the car?
What's the price for a good Gasket?
What kind of Mobil oil is usually used for a Nigerian used car as an oil seller advised Mobil Special (or if you have any recommendations)
What will make the oil turn almost black less than a month of servicing assuming my mechanic did proper servicing.
Car in question is Honda Accord Baby Boy 1998, V6 engine.

Please your candid response will be highly appreciated.
