It's more expensive, but replace all 4 bushings, most times the bushings are already brittle.

This is where toyota is a winner, their bushings last longer in comparison to kia/hyundai.

Big bros ...........Is a civic 2007 fair for uber?

expect a lot of stories from a careless driver, expect a lot of down time if it has to be fixed (very little working space for sensitive components under the hood)

Vehicle owners/fleetmanagers, take out time and drive your car @ least once in 2months for a whole day.

Just drove one of my recent toks Elantra, shockingly the suspension is really bad and swaying in the wrong direction when brakes are depressed, exhaust leak, noise from rear suspension.

Sadly driving 1 car for too long makes a driver adjust to noises and faults.

Problems are almost always Under-reported.

2 possible faulty O2 sensors, and 1 Bad knock sensor.

O2 sensors are attached to the exhaust pipe, and knock sensor is under the intake.

It is possible None of these devices are bad and they are disconnected, it is also possible the engine computer is faulty.

At this pointyou either dig deeper into knowing how to test these devices, or you hand him over to an automotive tech to fix vehicle.

Oga gazzzuz. I recently restore my 98 camry to factory settings. Before both fan on immediately i turn on ignition. I later check and discover no thermostat. I bought oem 90916-03090 Thermostat online n fit it. Now both fan not on when i turn ignition on. They on when they reach operation temperation and that like middle of my temperature gauge on dash board. They wrote 82c to the thermostat. Then if i on ac both fan on. Tell me if this is nornal and factory default

I just order new temperature sensor from amazon to replace. Im fixing my egr today has arrived. Pls guide me

So far so good. Try and replace thermistor (radiator fan switch) located Base of radiator too. It's failure rate is very high. Been a while I saw any one pay this much attention to a 20year old car. Nice one.

Look like new tyres don't they? Even have 2018 manufacturing dates.

The paint marks are done by hand using ropes dipped into containers of paint, grooves are sanded down, tyre is painted black. grin

Careful what you buy as Brand new.

Thank you very much sir,, I appreciate.. Just one more question,, after due considerations he's considering resigning from his 6digits paying job and taking the uber business seriously..
He met with some Ridemetaxi guys yesterday and the prognosis looked quite good.. Words like saving 45k as weekly income got him wanting to go fully into this..

Please from your vast experience in this field,, if one registers on Uber, Taxify and others,, and is available say 12hrs daily,, how much can one make daily on the AVERAGE considering best and worst days scenarios..

Thanks sir

like we always say, take time off, drive 3weeks and see if you can continue.

Matrix is a grey area. They can't let go. It is accepted.

@Gazzuz you should know that Yomi is an inexperience fellows in this E-hailing business. Any driver's that fall for his trap will surely come back to me with full of regrets

Does not mean he has phantom vehicles. It's a choice you take or leave it. Every vehicle owner with his terms and conditions.
