There is absolutely nothing in what the governor said... but like we know Nigerians if it's not supervised thoes tyres would find themselves on the road being sold by same people who are supposed to recycle it to different things. Best bet they should supervise the temporary damage of the tyres before taking to Abia. so we don't hear stories that touch.

when did u do your function test it took about a week or 2 for den to contact for interview but only those u get above 50%
