I simply would say why would a sane Nigerian that wantz a free & fair election be kicking against the use of card reader that can checkmate any election fraud. Let the kano women go and wash their hands before coming for verification Shikena.

Jega feels dis election is for experiment, he's not even serious. Come to tink of it, u don't ve power and ya want to use card reader. I pity dis professors of dis days, common sense d prof no get.

Did u just write this shit.... saying jega doesn't have sense yet u dont know the battery life span of the card reader. let me enlighten u.. the card reader averages between 12-14hrs and each card reader comes with a back up battery so hope that answers your doubt. All we want is a free fair election and that can only be achieved through the usage of card reader which authenticates with biometric finger print scanner so even if someone steals ur pvc they cannot use it to vote. pdp should find another reason not to use the card reader or however employ expert software hackers to do their bidding but as far as i'm concerned the card reader is a step in the right direction.

Is it that the country hasn't thought of it of having control room with cctv monitor where traffic and video surveillance can be tracked. I expect our traffic lights now to be controlled and not employ over 1. 4millions youths to stand under the sun.

Jegas last presidential elections were also fraught with many avoidable organisational loopholes although the country just wanted to get things over with and move on after the yarduas mess. Just asking can you please cite one loophole that was Jega's fault during 2011 elections and how come those allegation were not brought forward at that time. I wonder how you see him as biased now but wasnt when he conducted he election that brought the president to power.

Guys, most people have already made up their minds who they will vote for, 5 or 6 weeks shift won't change that but the fact that 35% of registered voters don't yet have their PVC in an election that is expected to be close leaves room for a lot of unnecessary litigation. Let INEC take the next few weeks and ensure that at least 90% of registered voters get their PVC. You is meant to win will still win.

like I always ask would inec go to people's house to distribute their pvc to them. The same people that willingly went to registe? Even if the election is shifted to next year the uninterested people would still not bother to pick up their pvc. I only foresee a situation were inec is compromised and party agents starts picking up uncollected pix. God save our country.

PHP is good for a Beginner... Requires learning no Frameworks @ all.. Php is also supported by myriads of hosting companies..

Python is also easy... The learning curve is relatively simple and you can start writing meaningful apps using Python... However, U needa learn one of Python's web Frameworks inorder to be able to create web app.. Frameworks like Web2py , Django , Flask, Bottlepy , Cherrypy etc... They are all good and Scale better than PHP in large high-demand web apps..

Bottom line is: U can start with any of the above depending on when you sample the two languages..

i already learnt to write python and fairly i'm good with it. What would u advice i do to start actively building somtin with it
