I was surprised when I saw the thread. What's the criteria for being a moderator. I thought one had to be neutral and Afam has never been. |
Tolexander: seems Mr Nkechi Okoro needs the #800 very badly.I totally agree |
I read every word of the opening post, hoping I will get to understand you guys better but alas you've only reinforced my conviction which some Igbos I have interacted with have so beautifully upturned by their impressive attitude and warm demeanor The ways you have so passionately eulogized do not fit the modern society. You can't keep thinking you're better than others, as it negates learning and breeds enmity, but believing that you can be better than you've always been with a passion to solve problems and not create them. That's the way to go. BTW people always know when you're genuinely interested in their problems rather than using them as a means to achieving your selfish aims. That's true success and for me it's worked several times over in my businesses and relationships. The Igbos believe in the power of money, making it a must have by any means. In a society built on strong values, success will bring money and not the other way round. I keep saying Bill Gates is not successful because he is rich but rich because he is successful. He succeeded at bringing change and people paid a premium for it |
Whenever they say employment generation, I begin to wonder if there's s software that spools out jobs like generation a report. I can see 'don't-expect-anything-new' written all over this speech |
Just at the dawn of a new day, someone wakes up and believes a culture of pride, selfishness and jealously demonstrated by my Igbo brothers and sisters will change because the clock ticked? Fingers crossed To be socially correct, I'll wish Nigerian a happy new year but personally I believe a new year starts for you on your birthday. My opinion |
All those Imo roads that are just graded and laid with a thin wearing course. No sub base, no base course. Is that how roads are built? |
Just imagine a Rauf with Delta state's derivation funds However, at this rate, Osun state may join the league of few states generating billions of Naira monthly in the near future Ekiti has already increased its IGR from just over N100m to over N600m by just being more efficient and with the increased drive for infrastructural development and creation of a conducive investment climate in the SW, the states will begin to generate revenue in the league of N10-20bn per state per month while the snowballing revenue of Lagos would be in the range of N50-60bn |
From the GDP of states, the total GDP of the SW is $78.8bn and that of the SE is $36.9bn. If you take the GDP of Lagos away from that of the SW, the GDP of the region will be $45.1bn. Still way higher than the GDP of the whole of the SE. |
God bless you BRF And her home state governor is watching this |
Sad ![]() |
Yorubaland o ni baje! Haters don't hate yet, this is just an intro The full album will be out soon |

virtuoso01: Sorry, No Vex.No sweat. We all make mistakes, we all learn |
berem: See dis one dey claim lagos! Mtscheewmy outstanding governor Rochas Okorocha! You must be very stup!d as your low IQ is always on display in your posts. I wonder how you can claim to be employed when you don't even demonstrate half the intelligence required to be a receptionist in a cheap brothel |
chuks01: wats the difference btw DSS AND SSS?I taya O! DSS = Department of State Services |
Seun: I'm confused. Is the female SSS officer pictured above supposed to be a Nigerian? I very much doubt that. The purported SSS official's picture is that of an Israeli Mossad. Below is a picture of how armed SSS officials look The last pic is that of an Israeli Mossad similar to what the OP posted

Sterling best describes BRF |
Yorubaland o ni baje |
Haters must hate Yorubaland is unstoppable
|
Couldn't it have been jocular? I was once at a presentation where Aliko was referring to Harry Akande and he said 'Harry may not be tall but when he stands on his money, he's 10ft tall'. And how does BRF that has been in several pictures with Aliko be begging to appear in a picture with him? Some people no dey reason sha. @OP, you take style dense. ![]()

santakris: I don't believe why d driver of this jeep did not sustain any injury. What do u think.I heard the ADC was thrown out while the car somersaulted and he was crushed by the vehicle. Most likely he wasn't wearing his seatbelt |
channel 190: I'd never fantasied politics section, but not when u talk in ignorance.Point of correction, he ran away first then called off the war and while running, he forcibly took the space of innocent women and children who were to be flown to safety, leaving them in the war he started when he knew he couldn't win It's cowardice enough for a warlord to flee the battle front, leaving his soldiers and supporters stranded but when he now selfishly deprives his supporters the opportunity to flee, then he must be a demon and a coward |
Since corruption has become a national culture, I guess he meant corruption is attitudinal However, I think Nigeria would be a better place if our attitude remained and corruption was removed compared to changing our attitude and continuing in their corrupt ways GEJ has lost it whichever way you look at it |
Whatever happened to Onitsha market which some guys claim is the biggest in Africa? Seriously these guys don't know what plans we have for them but I'll keep my arms folded, sit back and watch this movie play |
And these are the people that wanna actualize Biafra and increase FDI in their region. We can see why most of them have refused to go home and the ones that have are constantly in fear |
And Igbos sprouted from the ground like trees. How impressive |
How many Igbos do you know that have been able to fight governments to standstill in modern Nigeria even in the face of death. Almost none. Why? The fleeing Oju Iku's cowardice was not a personal trait but most definitely in the DNA of the Igbo race. The Yoruba tribe is the most war tested tribe in history and even today, we have demonstrated our boldness in the most daring forms against military and civilian regimes in instances where the Igbos have slid their tails between their legs. This is one of the reasons why an Igboman may not rule Nigeria because every other region knows are cowards Even Oju Iku that started a war, knew he was gonna lose, planned his escape and only wanted his name in history which no one reckons with today |
