Hi NLanders and Engineers.
Good evening.

This structure was built in December 2019.
I noticed the room is always moisty.
When the room windows and door is shut... The glass sweat from inside.

Now it's the roofing(decking), just this part of the decking.

The room is well ventilated but since no occupant the windows and doors are always shut.

Above the decking is completely tiled and two brand new water tanks are sitting untop.

What could this imply?

Well personally I don't know anyone who has been infected or died of the novel covid-19 virus, with the hype and rate of increase as purported by our government and the secrecy sorrounding those they claim to have it, I have my doubts regarding the figures.

I have personally followed Ghana on worldometer.info and Ghana's covid cases has remained below 1300 and just 9 deaths over the past week(s). So what does Ghana know that we don't.

Also I read a report on yahoo news saying sunlight easily kills the virus and we all know that the sun in Nigeria can boil yam in the right circumstance.

Another thing I noticed is that as soon as the European union gave Nigeria a 27 billion grant, the cases started to rise uncontrollably. Anyway thats my observation.

So do you know anyone with the virus or has the NCDC Being to your area to pick any suspected case.

Reports to : CEO

We seek to fill the above position with suitable and qualified persons; one with great attention to details.

Designs and develops architectural projects that incorporates functionality, aesthetics and safety for all types of properties - original or existing.Execution of a variety of illustration styles from hand-drawn to vector art.

Possesses the ability to illustrate, combine art and design to produce original visual images for a wide range of architectural designs.Works with a project team working closely with other professionals of the building industry.Articulates clients’ briefs and development of conceptual designs.

Communicates design ideas through efficient use of design software (Auto-CAD and SketchUp 3D) and clear free hand sketches.Take measurements of existing buildings where plans are not available.

Min Required Experience : 0 to 2 years

Min Qualification : HND

Bachelor's Degree / HND

Other Requirements :

Minimum of HND in Architecture,Building tech or related degrees from a reputable and accredited university.

The use of 2D and 3D software is a MUST.
