Lol. You still bragged . Talking about your certificate was not necessary. I understand your plight. However, your certificate has everything to do with your intellect. Don’t confuse yourself. 1st class is not easy, I admire everyone that has it. Everyone with first class is intellectually sound but not everyone that is intellectually sound has a first class. Hope you understand this.
I don’t understand what you mean by street smart? Name many people you look up to. People in Forbes, who is street smart.
Being Academically sound doesn’t stamp success however it gives an edge else the idea of formal education is flawed. We should all be on the street looking for your street sense.
Success is gotten simply when idea meets opportunity.
We all preach humility although pride might want to come out somehow.
True humility is gotten only from Jesus. Without him, it will be a struggle.

FYI, I wasn't asking if the managerial cadre would skip interview section. I only asked if there was any hope for them still in the recruitment process. Some of us lost hope as we weren't invited for aptitude test, we thought we didn't qualify as most experienced hires were invited for the test.

I watched Us recently. It was everything I expected it to be. Lupita Nyongo is a gift to humanity. Us was written and directed by Jordan Peele,the same guy who created Get Out.

Compared to Get Out, Us is more of a parable. It doesn’t try to explain everything that happens logically, but it has a strong message, which is revealed in the end.

Well, I have had the privilege of receiving two appointment letters, non had anything other than basic salary.

Cuz upfront as well as other bonuses are not stated in an appointment letter. They only thing you see there is basic salary.
