Nigerian made tiles, Spanish is so so expensive these days due to the exchange rates. And the quality doesn't worth the difference in price.

We have bought all the tiles needed to complete the floor and wall tiles for this whole building, tiling starts soon.

I couldn't get to the site, market was too rowdy with impending price hikes, after buying the tiles, I sent my workers to drop them at the site while I moved to another market to buy electrical fittings.

But these are examples of the tiles we want to use at this site. For walls.

1 soakaway will be good for this house, I had to use 6" solid blocks to save more space.

How many soakaway will this building have. Can this be constructed using 9" hollow block? I see you're using 5"solid block .

For buildings like this, the 3 stages may cost up to 5m. The wires obviously cost more.

What would the three stages of electrical cost you in this build . I heard the wiring part cost more.

If I have men working in the site that I think will be there till the finish, then I can have the house wired before doors and windows. The advantage of doing wiring early is the benefit of seeing where there are blocked piping, and the work of braking walls or under decking to correct the piping work when it's still early, which is before wall screeding or ceiling works under the decking as the case may be.

What makes me leave wiring till later in some sites is to save the wires from being stolen if the work is not continuous. Thanks.

Yes, I have my plastering team, ceiling team, screeding team, electrical team all working now, the door crew will arrive this weekend, to work with the windows guys, then all windows and doors will be dressed same time.

We are already moving for tiles and sanitary wares. Welcome.

Local iron doors are very good, and you can choose to re8nforcebit with additional security features, or thicker iron plates to make it difficult for anyone to break into. Easier to amend than foreign doors.

We have completed the dressing of the whole parapet in this house, we are now starting the plastering of the exterior walls of this building..............

Yes, other people still call it "Danta" but I think they are the same wood by different names.

Good morning Sir, these are mangrove woods, popularly known in our markets as "mango wood". They are very hard wood and most times need no for of treatment. I have never seen a site where termites attacked these type of hard wood.
