Please we're working on a similar project (not stepped though). DPC is done. We're about to move in for the ground floor block work and decking. What could you recommend we have in mind in terms of budget for this stage. Just an estimate will do sir.

Yes it includes columns and lintels. Budget about N7.5m for the decking.

We are almost done with the second floor block walls at this site, we are looking at the parapet/roofing stages of the house.
