This is a new product in the market, they calling mirror face, golden colour. I bought it for N75,000 each before the dollar started its upward journey. Its made of aluminium and imported, very well polished.

In our field of work, we use the most effective method to deliver the needed results, and each house has it's own needed results. This particular house has speed and quality as its needed results. What I did was to us a similar project size Labour from a past job, add a very small mark up to ensure that the workers dont run because they cannot make money from the work, then we agreed on a bulk sum cost of workmanship, ensuring that the time limits I specified for the completion of the work will be met.

If you have time to manage your project, and can afford to measure everything right to the last square meter, please do. We also do that in houses where we have the time, and we are looking to cut cost. Thanks.

In the confusion that is the Nigerian markets and tumbling economy, it will be suicidal to issue sub contracts like these per square meter, that's a sure way of leaving an uncompleted job. I issued this work as a workmanship alone ceiling contract, so I can hold the guys responsible for the quality of work done and speed. I didn't check the square metres. Thanks.
