The application deadline is today as interview is scheduled for next week, i had to personally convince the employer to permit me post this on Nairalanad as there are serious job seekers here. He posted the job earlier and was not in any way impressed with responses, imagine graduates who dont know how to attach CV, they just tell you "find attached" and you end up seeing nothing, lol. Happy sunday Lalasticlala |
Good morning Nairalanders This is an open letter to Seun, the founder, owner, COO and CEO of Nairaland, Nigeria's greatest indigenous forum I have been on Nairaland since 2009 as a guest, and 2012 as a registered member (Registered an account that I couldn't remember the password anymore so I created another) To say I have gained so much from this forum is an understatement, the management policy of the forum too is above average by my own judgement, however, I feel strongly that there's a bias against Christianity by Seun. Before I proceed, let me say these : 1. President Buhari might be the President of the FRN, but Seun Osewa, in his capacity as grand moderator, is the President of Nairaland, a forum for ALL Nigerian youths (Majority), from ALL tribes and religion 2. If we expect fairness from our leaders in dealing with sensitive issues like religion and ethnicity, the same SHOULD be expected of Seun here, as the "President" on this forum 3. Nairaland obviously connects Nigerian youths MORE than the president can, the traffic analysis tells us this, I may never get to meet or discuss with PMB one on one, but Seun sees my posts and whatever I do here, I have the opportunity of influence, which I do not have in the Nigerian space, as opinions rarely matters to our leaders, unless it's coming from their close allies or political "giants" 4. In regards to the 3 points above, SEUN SHOULD NEVER BE SEEN TO FAVOUR A GROUP, RELIGION, ETHNICITY OR WHATEVER OPINION RECOGNISED BY LAW ABOVE ANOTHER, Openly or covertly 5. Policies such as having to literally DENY Jesus Christ and your salvation before you can comment on an Islamic thread while Christian threads are open to all and sundry is against every known principles of FAIRNESS 6. Making posts that seeks to disparage the belief of Christians by Seun is intrinsically unfair and outright unfortunate, it's like PMB abusing Christianity in a national broadcast 7. To protect Islam and their beliefs (Which they are rightfully entitled to) shouldn't be a hard thing to do, moderators are not appointed for no reason, let them remove derogatory comments and ALLOW civil engagements and discussions that seeks to question (without using derogatory words) claims by Muslims as well as Christians 8. Until this is done, Nairaland will be viewed as some to be pushing an particular religious agenda against the other 9. Adherents of traditional religions should also be allowed to enjoy these privileges, whatever anyone claims, civil engagements should be allowed without swearing oaths, simple. I also use this opportunity to suggest that tribalism and name calling (Afonja, Igbo, Goro chewers etc) should draw serious sanctions, Seun being an advocate of ONE Nigeria like myself, should use this forum to quench the fire of hatred. God bless Nairaland God bless Suen God bless Lalasticlala and all modes God bless ALL Nairalanders |
I was thinking of doing a counter thread too to dispel the brazen, illogical, senseless lies, all without the option of rebuttal as you're expected to deny Christ before commenting on a Muslim thread, how pitiful, it is well with Seun and his policies. If youths are this bias on religious issues, what happens if Seun becomes the president of Nigeria? Ban Christianity and let Islam thrive? So much for a self acclaimed Atheist |
seun lalasticlala Thank you |

Bolanle was my betrothed, aponbepore, Eleyinju ege. She was a beauty to behold, the one every guy would gladly bring a barn of yams and ten gourds of palm wine for dowry. Oh, how glamorous she walks in her customised iro and buba laced with cowries made by the famous iya Saka's gifted hands. ![]() Those were the days when she displayed so much elegance in the traditional aso oke, with perfectly styled gele and "tiro" glorifying her smiling face, oh, Bolanle rewa gan, Bolanle was so beautiful! And then, seven moons passed since Bolanle went to the city, She came back with some mutilated accents, Bolanle now meows like a cat, she speaks from the nostrils! ![]() My own Bolanle now deride the same "Ujesha" dialect we both sang to each other with every night under the baobab tree along baale's path. A "gudu morin", "aa jiire bi" from me was now replied with "watafuck ees dait", mo daran, Ibosi ara adugbo! ![]() Bolanle no longer reads love poetry with me anymore, she now talks to her phone like a lunatic, they say it's called "selfish", modaran, is Bolanle now a fish seller? Her mother was known for making Adire ke! And even if she's going to sell fish, is it to a phone nitori Olorun? What happens to taking a stall in Oja oba? Or has the white man increased his witchcraft to the extent he now has markets on phones? Walaful! ![]() Then on a fateful day, I got so angry and decided to go to the city myself to beg whoever Bolanle must have offended over there to forgive her, and if such wouldn't forgive, I was ready to fight them with ibante, the ever effective amulet of our forefathers, coupled with the aluwo, the ring of warriors, Bolanle must be cured of this lunacy. ![]() It's been 7 moons already, and I'm no longer interested in going back to Ayedaade, I had found Nataasa, and she's sweet like the berries in my grandpa's farm by the village stream. ![]() In reality, I now think the real Ayedaade is in the city, what more life could be better than this? ![]() Little did I know the efficacious effectiveness of my village witches, they still followed me to this faraway city, for when I had made about four hundred pounds in 9 months, from working round the clock like an old man's dangling balls, I asked Nataasa to be my wife... And she asked for her own dowry... Ibosi, is this how the city people behave? I heard it's called "Proposal" ![]() And when I asked what is it that would make her become the channel through which the nation in my loins would be brought to earth... Nataasa asked for a selfish-device She said it's an "eye-phone" And it costs a thousand pounds Mogbe! Not even the eyes of the dreaded Osumare, the famed ancient rainbow that rises with the beauty of the heavens, bringer of good fortunes would cost that much! I remembered Agbabiaka's farmland of 3 hectares is up for sale. I withdrew my entire four hundred pounds, And to the village I went. ![]() My forefathers wouldn't forgive me If I spent my entire life savings on a single skirt. I will make a few more pounds from the kolanut farm And marry seven maidens from our neighbouring Iwajowa village, with seven pounds each. I will have enough to still compete for the ilufemiloye title, and win without a fight, pounds speaking! "I can not come and kill myself" Mi o le wa ku! ![]() |

manson5011:Before anything else, remove traces of your privacy from this faceless forum, if your boss or anyone who knows about this gets to read what you have here, you might be jeopardising his chances (Your ex teacher), and yours (For being sentimental and ultimately affecting the organisation's process of getting best hands) You even have your picture as DP, who does that? |
aminu790:Simply put, you are very STUPIDDD |
