Me and my friends, about 6 of us wrote on September 9. One of us got the regret mail the next day or 2 days after. She showed me the mail. I saw it.

That's Monday I think. I wrote mine around same time. And I got a message that I will get a feedback from them. Did you get a mail that you will get a feedback within two weeks too? Did your friends got a feedback that they will get feedback before the regret mail dropped? Did you do the questions together? Let's chill till Friday.

Hello guys,

Many of us have applied and taken the aptitude test for the above mentioned position with Paystack.

As for me, I have not received any mail since then. Some of my friends got a regret mail. Has anyone gotten a success mail so far?

What is the fate of we that are yet to get any feedback?

When did they get the regret mail?

When did you write your online assessment test?

I wrote mine on the last day.

I was told they will get back to me within 2 weeks. This Friday will make it two weeks.

Lol! OK.. The 70k during training is correct.

But then, the "140k thereabout" is just the face value. If you prorate the quarterly and annual allowances across the 12 months of the year, you'd realise that FBN pays one of the highest remunerations in the industry, and that's just the financial aspect. The non-financial aspect is a story for another day.

Can u pls give details about their allowances.
Thanks

Godshope:
Why is it that similar stories were not told on the side of their children. They even get job before graduating.

Anybody telling U that Nigerian graduates are not employable is a criminal.
Our leaders are greedy. Most of them eat the salaries of more than 100 ghost workers. Most of them will even collect Ur certificate, tell U that the job is not successful while they will use your certificate to eat your supposed salary.

Have we ever pondered to ask why the same news of graduates not been employable is not heard of their children.

Though some graduate are not worth being graduates, but that story of not employable is sure fallacy.

For instance, last Federal Civil Service had graduates with 3rd Class shortlisted for enrollment while those with 2nd Class Upper were not even shortlisted. There were even no room for interview.

Until this country learn to be open in everything, Nigeria will continue to go backward and as well be unproductive.

Finally, the so called leaders cum politicians are our problem

Don't mind that OP, he probably has a job of 120k and he decided to cast aspersion on other jobless graduates. That is one of the problem of some youths. They get a job, they start seeing their friends who don't have as lazy, some ladies get married, they start seeing their female friends as not serious. In 2016, I applied to the FCSC with a master's degree for an education officer position. When the list came out, a third class graduate was shortlisted. How come?

Op, I agree with your number one point completely!
People should choose their courses of study in line with societal needs. They should not be deceived by those who go with the mantra "it doesn't matter what one studies in the university".
Truth is that you cannot study fishery ( for example) and then expect NNPC to employ you when they have no need for fishery graduates.

The system needs to be reorganized! Vocational and technical education should be emphasized over some courses. Someone who studied graphic designing in a polytechnic or vocational institution is far better than someone who graduated with first-class in chemistry but cannot find a job in the labour market.

You are talking as if you are not a Nigerian. To get ones desires course of study is just like looking for a job. Sometimes you take what is in offer. Now to your description of a chemistry graduate. That graduate that studied for four or five years might not have seen some of the things he was taught in the lab. I remember those days when I was taught CHEM 215, it was just note note note. I never saw those equipments, chemicals not to talk of performing the practicals in the laboratory. Now how is that my fault if I go to the labour market and I was taking to the laboratory to test my skill. No doubt I graduated with a 2-1 or first class but I am practical deficient. #the system is to be blamed#

Yea

But they come and blame Buhari.

As a hiring Manager, I have tried to fill just 6 roles before.

My team and I interviewed over 25 candidates and NONE was worth it.

And none was worth it. Hmmmm. You did not get something right. Anyway it is possible your company is trying to build a nuclear bomb and as such none of them is capable. In that case, it is possible.

Yeah you're 100% correct. Imagine someone who studied petroleum engineering and doesn't even know the process of refining petrol. Even the oil bunkering guys are more skilled in petroleum refining than those so called petroleum engineering graduates. Only professional certification can correct the problem

You can't just blame the graduate but our failed system. No doubt we have some bunch of zeros but imagine a situation where a petroleum engineering graduate has been looking for job for the past three or more years, and he suddenly got an invite in a financial industry. The interviewer now goes through his CV and see B Eng. Petroleum engineering. He now asked him about the process of refining petroleum. He might have forgotten because of rustiness. Moreover, he was invited for a banking interview and he might not brush himself up in that area. So what you said is relative

That was the last of the series of 7 interviews I had in the space of 3 days. I have still not heard from them after the last meeting with the chairman, Jim Ovia.

Pls how did you submit your CV. I want to submit too as I am an experienced staff
