This is very unfair. The affected staffs should do the following

1. Get a good lawyer and sue the bank. It might take time but justice will be done at the end of the day.
2 organize a protest to the National Assembly

3 petition the ministry of labour and productivity and the CBN

4 intensify social media campaign against the bank as this will force the bank to call them for negotiations

No 4 and probably no 2 are the best options. Don't let me talk about No 3. Who knows?

Early 4th July 2019, the top 30% of FBN staff received bonuses ranging from several hundreds of thousands to millions of naira depending on grade level in the name of profit sharing. Unfortunately a whooping 70% of its staff were left out in this annual largesse bounty. My question is:
1. How do you share profit to only top 30% of your workforce ignoring 70%?
2. Did the top 30% work in isolation of the 70% not rewarded?
3. Taking away the 70% unrewarded staff can the top 30% generate the profit shared to them alone?
4. If profit sharing is based on performance scorecard, who scores the GMD who no doubt will receive several millions of naira?
5. Why were staff advised not to view accounts of others just hours before disbursement. You don't want to create bad blood I suppose?
6. You threaten staff regular over poor performance and at the close of year fail to motivate them with your selective rewards?
7. By top 30% you mean Peter could receive a share of the profit while Paul with same score receives nothing?
Dear FBN this is gross daylight cheating of your staff who worked tirelessly to generate the profit which a few are enjoying now.

It is not just first bank but it happens in wema bank too. Some staffs especially.full staffs will get 500 000 and above while others in the same business development unit gets nothing. And they do the job together. Some contract staffs are lucky to get 50k. I think the issue is that there is discrimination.between full staffs and contract.staffs. if you check, all those that were rewarded in first bank are full time employees.

We were all tired yesterday so I let it slide, so today very early in the morning I spoke to the father about it, he ws shocked and said he thought he had deleted it from his phone(the videos were sent to him via what'sup. .. . His randy frds).

According to him is phone has a way of storing deleted files then recovering it back unknown to him
So anyway like I was adviced here I told him to speak to his son and all. Which he agreed.

We all just got home now.... the unthinkable happened like its a nightmare... My worst fears came alive,.. .. I was in the room trying to relax, something just moved me to the parlour, the boy had pulled his pants and was trying to insert his little pee, inside another little child bombom....i was horrified.

I asked him where he saw it from and he said his dad's phone.
So without further hesitation I got out the belt n did what I should have done yesterday, I knew something had gone terribly wrong yesterday... Thats y I was so bitter.

I called the father to tell him what happened can u imagine he was still insisting I shouldnt beat him.. . Anyway we ended up quarrelling.

I don finally beat the boy blue black... I will take him to a pharmacy later.. . Yea I injured him. I am waiting for the father and am ready.. Am thinking of calling my mum incase this matter escalates. Am just tired

Men outnumber women at birth but male babies are more fragile and has more mortality than females. At 3years old, it becomes par. While growing males are prone to diseases more, they do jobs that makes them prone to death than women e g soldier, pilot etc.......

I guess patience is the only way.

Be very careful next time, there are some coys that will send you a regret mail immediately you ask them why they are yet to get back from you.

It depends. If u are hired as a Service Executive (SE), the take home is 85k after deductions. There are some other little benefits though. Like wardrobe allowance 15k(once every 3 months)...

As far as FG is concern the only organization with some element of transparency in recruitment is Nigeria Navy, once u qualify u will be invited for test, if u pass u will be shortlisted for screening and trust me if u are outstanding u will be enlisted. Mind u Nigeria factor still play a lot of role in it but to a large extent a lot of outstanding guys get enlisted viz a viz the limited space.

Good day guys let me share a first hand experience
I started my Zenith recruitment process Mid may and by 2nd week in June I was employed. One thing that gave me advantage was My ACA as most people I did interview were placed on GA. I was also asked for the department I will like to work on the strenght of my ACA.

The salary for a start 129k(net) is cool
Not all GA's are in cash and teller or CUstomer service Some are in head office units and the revised salary for GA's is about 100k net (they reviewed it upward from 75k and they also made conversion period longer )

The promotional structure is very frustrating (at least I have been told)
if you work from the head office or it's environs there's staff bus.

Hmmmmm. Guys please zero your mind concerning this and look up to God for better things. Haba since 2017 when we are suppose to use the funds but it was delayed until forever. That is where u will know that they don't have plans for us.
