obiscolly: There's no number on the invitation. Did you receive the success text on the 1st of this month?

Of course i did. This was the text I got from UniCem GTS on the 1st of september: "We write to inform you that you were successful in the first and second phase of the Aptitude test conducted for the position of a Graduate Trainee in UniCem. There will be a last phase in Calabar and this will be an Oral interview within this month of September. Actual dates will be communicated soon".

I am yet to get the interview invite.

Sir, I still haven't heard from them after the second test. I even went as far as sending them mails, yet they failed to send me a reply. That's so unprofessional for a great firm like Deloitte. I have taken my mind off it long time ago.

Did you receive an interview invite? If yes, when did you do your further test (second test) ?

Ferdybaba: Hi Coolbibz...its very possible they send invites to non engineering graduate cos I remember seeing some geologists and physicists who wrote the test and passed as well. The Engineering questions were basically Mechanical and Elect/Elect and a little bit of industrial engineering.
My advice is that u just get any engineering materials like those in Gmat or any other tutorial manual u can get online to practice if u can...The truth is that only God makes one pass a test and not necessarily how long or how much materials u have at ur disposal.So trust God to help u pass.

coolbibz: Hello Ferdy, thank you for that insightful post. However, I would like to know if the Engineering questions were just basic Mechanical & Electrical questions. Some of us didn't study any of the listed engineering courses in the application form but we were invited.

I just hope this doesn't affect you guys later on in the selection process.

Sure. I know of an Industrial Chemist that has gotten an invite. He chose lagos as his test venue and got lagos.
God will surprise you with something better.
