2. Numeric test. Kenexa test. It requires u to intepret data on tables/graphs, using them to answer questions.

All right, thanks. I really do not know if it is an automatic response or the HR's assess the application before sending out the assessment link.
I applied at about 10pm yesternight, and since then I have been waiting for the assessment link. Yet to get it.

Bros.. You failed by not reading and following the instructions (I admit that i would have failed too)... Learn your lesson and move on. What do you even mean by "ultimate instruction"..
Next time read between the lines and follow instructions.. I have seen cases like this, some of my lecturers did something similar in school. If question 17 says that you are to answer this question, then answer... you dont really hit it when you say that it would have been wrong to answer 17 as a result of the "ultimate instruction". Just learn and move on..

And you forget the ULTIMATE instruction that says " you should read ALL questions before starting the test"?
Considering that instruction and considering the fact that "we are to pay attention to details", it would be wrong for someone to provide an answer for question number 17 (even though that question number states "This question is for you. You are to answer only this question" without reading through question number 18, 19 and 20 accordingly.
What if question number 18 was something like this, "You are not to answer question number 17. It was just a trick to test your attention to details skill"? Then probably, you had question number 20 as the right question for you to answer? Would you have said this same thing you are saying now? Of course you know that, if that was the case, then they would had as well said that those who answered question number 17 didn't pay attention to details because, they were told to read all questions before begining the test.

So as you can see, there is a big loophole there. And that's enough reason to question the recruitment process of Sterling bank.

You know what? I dislike hypocrites like you, coz I can remember that if not for the sterling bank thread, you wouldn't have passed this test. Someone on that thread (the slimmy guy) gave a clue on how he passed the test by answering just number 17, and you did just as he said and of course, you passed. Now, your irritating ego won't allow you to tell the truth and accept the fact that the online test wasn't fair.
I wish you had it the other way round. I guess that would had brought out some bit of honesty and humility in you.

Bro, if you've got N.E.C.O only, make use of it. Though W.A.S.C.E is the popular W.A.E.C exams written between May-June and November-December (G.C.E).

But I'm sure the 'Confirmation of Results' mail you received stated 'O'level Results' (you can check yours again to clear any doubt). And as far as I'm concerned, O'level Results include W.A.S.C.E and N.E.C.O results. So, there you go.

Why do you wanna combine both? Don't you have up to 5 credits in your WASCE?
Remember it wasn't stated that you must have credits in some specific subjects (e.g Maths, Chemistry, English, etc), if that's what is compelling you to combine results. They only stated having a minimum of 5 credits in W.A.S.C.E.
