So far the Poco f5 seems to the best deal all round for me now. My only issue is the Redmi note 10 pro that has been my daily driver for the past two years has been super impressive and I am scared the Poco f5 might not look like an upgrade on it.

In terms of processing power RN10 Pro is a baby compared to Poco F5

Ok, I would love to get a review of the Poco f5 from someone that has also used the Redmi note 10 pro hence my asking.

Pharmtasy has both and as a current RN10 Pro user if I am not getting a Xiaomi Flagship then the Poco F5 is the first thing that comes to mind.

The more you keep asking these questions the more the phones are increasing and availability reduces.

Perceptions work for people as perceived most times. The Xiaomi phones I have used/using are Redmi Note 4 Pro, Redmi Note 9 Pro and now Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus 5G. I did not at anytime experience any sort of hanging within the 1st year of using the 1st two I listed even when they had upto a period when I had stuff in more than half of the storage. However, with this present phone of barely 4 months, I have experience it like about 4 to 5 times even when I have not used upto 70 GB out of the 258 GB.

I have to go for it because there was no Snapdragon Variant too.

The charger which was what actually impressed me has been misbehaving since yesterday, I am now relying on my forgotten Note 9 Pro charger which I dumped after over 2 years of usage because the was stolen and the 5G ( Don't know if it's MTN ooo or na the again) has been terrible these few days. I will admit that it was very good at first but now with more than 20 GB Data and 5G logo I am struggling to watch videos online.

MTN has been terrible of late.

I won't go into arguing about a cliche perception of MediaTek. But since you want peace of mind go for Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G. It is a RN10 Pro with Dolby Vision Display and a faster Charger

am getting same issue on my redmi 10 too so tired and that is the same issue I got on my redmi 8 that engineer did not even see any solution to it,I later drop am buy this redmi 10,after a year this one too is given me the same issue,is like time has come to drop Xiaomi phone ooo

You need to change your so called Engineer. The Redmi 8 was a common case of network IC which can easily be fixed.

Igemburg solved that for a lot of users here.

It should but you may get some frame drops here and there . And I wouldn't suggest buying less than 6GB ram. Or better still why not get a Redmi Note 12.

Good day everyone, please I need assistance with my xiaomi Redmi 9 phone. I has problems picking network. The network bar just has a cross on it (shown in image) and even when the bar shows full calls don't come in, not reachable. I also have to dial severally before I can call out, keeps dropping. I have taken it to their customer care and a new software was installed but the problem persists. This is so for all networks. I initially thought my sim was damaged and did a sim swap but still same. Please what could be wrong and what can I do. Thanks

It is two things

1. Either your antenna is faulty

2. The network IC is bad.

This is not true jare... Even the Redmi 12 I got few months ago has gotten the battery drainage bug after I downloaded an update yesterday... I just wish I didn't download it.

My battery became better after I updated yesterday.

My opinion is that Xiaomi realised that Redmi note 10 pro was so good that people found it difficult to buy new products, so they deliberately used bugs in updates to destroy redmi note 10 pro in order to sell their new products such as Redmi 11 series and 12 series.

The highlighted is for flashlight click on it and select the option with A.

If you are struggling with the default camera. Gcam is definitely not for you.

It is possible that ROM had issues same way most RN10 Pro users have not gotten any OTA since 14.0.2 and unable to manually update the recent versions released.

They will sort it out with time.

It is abnormal for your flashlight to come up whenever you take pictures especially when it is not dark. Set your flashlight on auto it will only come when the camera sensor can't take in enough light that is how good cameras behave.

redmi user am not camera freak since two year i bought my redmi 9s i have not take pisture with it . I was snaping some documet yesterday i notice the flash blinking any i take a shot i have everything the camera is not working what might be the cause

I am struggling to understand what you just typed.

If the flashlight comes up it simply means that you flashlight is set on always on and you are meant to turn it off or switch it to auto.

Check your account information. Supply what is missing if it is email or phone no. And ensure the phone number is in the phone when doing it on PC.
