The instructions is on the screenshot shared. Move the file to the root of your internal storage.

It shouldn't it be in a folder.

You have to choose between two devils. Or wait for Poco F5 HyperOS.

But I don't think your network issue is strictly tied to ROM as your device doesn't support most of the 4G bands used currently in Nigeria especially by some Networks like Glo and MTN.

Major reason I rarely recommend CN Versions to anyone.

First of all I doubt there is an actual global version because that device is made for the Chinese market.

Secondly, I don't see a value in buying this device for about $150 instead I will spend that money on getting a a full fledged smartphone as a second device or if I need a feature phone there are tons of Nokia feature phones to look at.

The second is my opinion but if you fancy the device, it is upto you.

He should use an original class 10 SD card. I've been using a Kingston 32 GB class 10 SD card since 2014 and it's still as fast as ever.

The amount of fake SDs with Class 10 tags out there and there is also the case of people not willing to spend for quality

My phone storage has been very full for some time, even to the extent of only 1 GB remaining, so I considered changing the phone, but after a lot of thought and the facts of changing the phone with an extra 100k plus just because I needed more space, I shaved the thoughts and got a memory card. I moved all the documents, pictures, and files on it to the memory card and left just apps on it. But ever since, my phone has become very slow, to the extent that I can take apps or a picture for 1 minute to load or open.
 
I have close to 25 GB of space and 3 GB of RAM available.

Your SD Card can't match up with the speed of your device storage hence your device will step down to the speed of the external storage. It is the major reason why many manufacturers remove the SD Card Slot. And also why I stopped using SD Cards.

Why not do an hourly plan on any of MTN or AIRTEL.

ranges from 200 for 2GB, 500 for 5GB and 1000 for 10GB for an hour.

If you are in an area with fast internet it is sufficient. Or you download the file manually and install the update manually.

When you want to install ROM manually you are meant to download the Recovery ROM not OTA.

And the OTA you circled are for those upgrading from 13.0.3 you are on 13.0.5

Show me the OTA IT is showing you. You can't be on 13.0.5 and you will be getting OTA of 13.0.3

What ROM did you download and share the about phone of your phone. Not receiving updates has nothing to do with unlocked bootloader.
