A friend went to an LG dealership to price a TV he said it was too expensive by the time he made up his mind and went back for it a week later 75k have been added to the price.

A new ROM won't replace the network bands that were removed from the hardware. If you can live with it. It is up you.

First of all you are deviating.
You insulted me you claimed you didn't. I pointed out the insult you can't even man up and acknowledge that you insulted me and you say we keep going round and round.

I gave you two options go to the open market or you ship in from China.. Used o new o open market is there. You negotiate the way you want. So the onus is on you to decide were you want to get your device. Buy from whom the prices is okay with your budget that is why it is a willing seller willing buyer world.

As for that screenshot I would avoid that device if I were you. It is the Chinese version.

Now let me paint a clear case scenario.

A ASUS ROG G14 2021 was sold around 600 - 650k brand new in 2021. Now the used is now 800 - 900k. As long as the economy is not stable and the exchange rates which controls our economy keeps changing the law of depreciation as you say will not really hold water. In real terms it is depreciating but in the currency you are transacting with it is not.

The global ROM may not be original o. There are fake ROMs sellers ship out with Chinese phones and call them global ROM.

This is an old practice longer than 6 years.

This is a Chinese Version.

Next time don't be too in a hurry to buy the latest versions especially when a Global Version is yet to be released.

Since your bootloader is unlocked you first have to ensure you install an Original Global ROM before locking the bootloader.

Hello Good people here. Please I need your help in locking bootloader for xiaomi note 13.
I am not so phone savvy but I ordered this phone on Ebay and I can't setup my banking apps—says that it's is jailbroken.

I made some further research and found out that the boot loader is locked in developer options. I assume if I can lock this, things will be back to normal.

I tired to check tutorials for this on YouTube but they have not been very helpful—either they are way advanced or geared towards an Indian audience and I don't want to brick the phone while poking through things I do not know . Please house, how do I proceed with my situation

Unlocking bootloader won't help your cause. If you are using HyperOS then it is one of the cause. It should be fixed soon

Your battery is bad. Change it before it affects your charging board.
