Not possible. Rooting of Xiaomi phones or phones with Qualcomm Snapdragon, is a different ball game.

Got new version update on my redmi 8 upto 1.7gb. Someone said told to use WiFi but I decided to use my glo. The speed of glo was amazing. I discover how glo is now doing 100N for 1gb midnight data from 12am to 5am and it would last for 5days. You can even sub go as much as you want.

Hey Guys, kindly help me. Due to NEPA stupid strike, I went to charge at a neighbour's house and after getting my phone from there, the charger has been acting weird..its original redmi 7 charger, very fast but now it's just shaking (still fast) but it just won't charger in spots that I used to plug it before. I am using the cord to charge with my lappy now so that means something is wrong with the head. If it won't work, pls I need recommendation on chargers that I should get for my phone that will even be faster than this charger because all the chargers I have ever used for it (even those infinix fast chargers) are painfully slow. Only my charger is very fast (as in fast charging). Thanks.

You can't get a charger faster than that but as fast as that, because there is no quick charge support on your device.
Just contact giddieberry, Jboixxx or Optimised for a good 10W charger.

Next time be more careful where you take your phone to charge.

Okay, that's true. I saw not too that the band 3 is what glo is using with this redmi 8a. Anyway I believe glo is also not sleeping, definitely the new band 3 will cover everywhere soon.

Not very soon because for a rollout that started over a year ago from Ibadan, it is extremely slow.

1. Redmi Note 7 don't have the more popular Glo band 28
2. You can only use Glo 4G if you are in areas where they have rolled out band 3.
3. Find out if band 3 is in your location. You can find out by put your SIM in a phone with band 28 to see if the 4G will pop up. If it doesn't, then your SIM haven't been provisioned for 4G.

4. Next time make adequate enquiries and put things like this into perspective before choosing a phone, if Glo 4G was very important to you the Mi A3 or RN8T should have been your
best choice

You are wrong. Apple currently uses AMOLED screen (manufactured & supplied by Samsung) for their phone displays.
It was used first on the iPhone X

But the iPhone 11 and it's predecessor iPhone XR ships with IPS LCD display manufactured and supplied by JDI(Japan Display).

Is the iPhone 11 not current?

Before you argue check, only the iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max uses Amoled display

That information is half correct.

Yours is working because you are in an area Glo have rolled out their new band 3 if you or anyone with Redmi 8a is in an area with only Band 28, then no 4G signal for you.

Oh, interesting! The K30 still dope sha. The screen size, refresh rate, chipset, side mounted FPS and price has set it up to be another hit.

I see the K30 as a worthy successor to the Poco phone and won't be surprised if it gets rebranded as Poco F2 in some regions.

Anyway, you need a PC, Mi Unlock Tool, Mi Flash Tool
First step is to unlock bootloader
After successful unlocking
You download full fastboot/Recovery ROM(Don't know if Recovery ROM would work Cc: GrandMufti) for Mi Note 10
Then flash
