Xiaomi has been producing quality phones at their expense. And they are realizing that if they continue in such vein. They may not last long in the market. That's why the new phones are gradually implementing cheaper specs. They dont want to instantly produce phones with cheap specs so that they dont loose majority of their consumers.

But they are gradually injecting cheaper specs phones into the market. Very soon you wont be able to overlook a device because it will be totally very low quality

You still miss the point the K30 is a mid-range not a flagship when you compare with the S10.

If the K30 Pro comes with LCD in march then you can Rant all you want.

For Smartphones it was Sony with IPX 7 for the Xperia Z followed by Galaxy S5 but no IP rating on the S6.

But in 2008 there was a rugged feature phone with IP67 rating but can't remember the name.

Before the specs came out. The pictures of the K30 revealed that it wasn't Amoled. The grainy LCD washed display indicates the lcd isn't that good.

If they use the less expensive Amoled screen, naysayers like you will be the first to complain.

People use the Pocophone F1 that was a flagship killer and didn't complain.

Besides the phone is Mid-range not a flagship.

If you have been following this thread it has been posted here a gazillion times

After downloading go to the updater app. Click the MIUI 10 icon 6-10 times to activate additional settings. Then click the three vertical dots on the right corner, you would see "choose update package" click it and locate the downloaded ROM file click and wait for it to decrypt and verify then click install.

Note: Your data have to be on during this process.

You are not following instructions. Someone I gave RN8 GCam link got config file and used the instructions that came with the Redmi 7 GCam link without issues. So follow instructions step by step.
