Freewill offering is very much alive. Offering is different from tithe. It was offering the widow with two mite gave when Jesus commended her for giving above all others present. Tithe is one tenth of increase and compulsory. Offering is of freewill, that's why Jesus only stressed the fact that the widow gave more. You quoted Titus 2:15..that one should rebuke with all authority.. Dont you understand that authority here is derived from the scriptures and not office/earthly administrative office in a church establishment?


Titus was sent to Pastor that church . So he rebuked by his Pastoral authority just as Paul would do.
