If poverty headcount is actualy based on household living on less than 137,000 Naira annually then that of Rivers State which I am very familiar with should be 0% for sure. Nigeria needs fundamental healing from its foundation. I personally believe its too late and impossible to salvage nigeria. The whole false superstructure needs to dissolve to make way for a workable structure.
