Mr man, this same would have applied to the Yoruba if they also didn't know how to play politics. see how you are churning out, we will, it can, and for all these years many states in the south east are in the doldrums. even though we don't have alot of federal presence. what about the state? and local govt are their monies not released!? what have we seen asides the strides of Peter obi which many hated because he wasn't sharing the money like the mbadinuju. was it not an igbo man who kidnapped ngige because he didnt him rob his own people to smithereens. we are turning a blind eye to our obvious flaws and focusing on the flaws of the Nigerian union, cool down when you achieve biafra. just like apc, do not remain an agitator when you have gotten the seat of power. you can't rule and yet still stay in opposition. biafra isn't accepted and observing the sit at home order was not voluntary. many didn't come out for fear of being attacked by IPOB miscreants yet the world won't be told that hard fact
How could you be this stupid? There was total compliance because they were afraid of being attacked? You're just one of them, saying exactly what they'd want you to. Need I remind you the police warned them a day before and encouraged people to come out. If they were threatened, the sight of the Law Enforcement agents would have sent the positive message down their spines. You are just talking like them and I wonder if you know anything at all!

it's now I believe the igbos are the fools of the earth. when u concentrate common traders in the south east who would they sell to? themselves? with the hate displayed who will have the strength to want to see igbo land as the new Dubai. the suffering will be so much that without any war, kwashiokor is coming. get ready. Ndi iberibe. Ndi onuku without senses. ndi-igbo ifele mme gbuo unu. I will be an igbo man in diapora laughing at the way you will all kill yourself with hate or die from hunger.

go to OSHA and see boys hustling, full grown men selling gala and we want others to come home and work in which industries, sell in the over crowded main market to whom exactly, since we aren't even manufacturers but tradesmen, we will import from heaven and cheap prices since the Nigerians surrounding us won't be wise enough to issue a blockade or harsh trade relations.

Ndi igbo are fools and it's good the north is finally sending them away. let them prove this idiocy. we will forever loose all relevance in this nation.
If Igbos aren't United, I wonder how one man would just tell them to stay home, indoor all day and there was TOTAL compliance! If there's anyone sowing discord, we'd start with interrogating you.
You're talking about Trade? Gosh! Where did Anambra sell its vegetables to? Your Village? Abia remains the closest to the seas so a mini canal river port leading to the main seaport out in the sea is not a big deal!

FG promised you dredging of the Niger, any signs yet? They promised you an operational Onitsha River port, any signs yet? They promised you Reconstruction, Rehabilitation and Reconciliation, which one have you seen? All your president does is to go out there and call y'all criminals which prompted another world leader into calling y'all "Fantastically Corrupt people" ,yet you see no sense in their agitation? You get an SSCE Yoruba holder employed over a Master Degrees holder in Lagos, yet to fireback at just agitation? You watch your people packed like sardines into black Maria's and dropped at Niger Bridge, yet you open mouth anyhow? You watched Oba of Lagos threaten you, yet you still speak like an idiot?

Oh! My people die to ignorance and until those films of ignorance are removed, I'm sorry some like you would remain in perpetual darkness and ignorance!

ColonelDrake:
SE states are useless and unproductive.. This is why they attach SE to SS by force. Look at their iGR.. Davido is richer than all the 5 unproductive eastern states combined.
I wonder how people could be so stupid and naive! And, if you're talking about money, who knows Davido when P Square gets mentioned? Need I remind you SE boasts of everything despite being the region with the most abandoned FG projects? In terms of Education, Anambra beats all Nigerian States, Lowest poverty rate, they also do. Lowest rate of employment, all SE states rank higher than 99% of the S Western States! In terms of Beauty, SE beats the entire SW cos minus Lagos which was redeveloped, no other Yoruba state can challenge any SE state! Despite most SE states maintaining and reconstructing the Federal roads in their states, they still boast of some of the road networks in Nigeria! In terms of Economy, go ask an Onitsha trader what recession means and he'd look at you like an idiot! SE is the most marginalized and abandoned region but are still the best (they'd have been 2nd if FG and oil companies didn't pollute the entire SS with oil). Next time before you talk, open your brains first!
If Igbos secede, the imports would account to only 20% of the total appliances since the talented SE are making some of their owns-the only car manufacturing plant is located in the heart of Anambra State, something Lagos can't boast of.
SE remains the best and I see no reason they'd not be earthly paradise if they leave! FG knows what they stand to lose if they secede! Use your brain, dumb ass!
PoliticsGroups Give Ndigbo Three Months To Leave North, Ohanaeze Kicks by Gentle99(op): 12:25am On Jun 07, 2017
A coalition of Northern groups , including the Arewa Youth Consultative Forum , on Tuesday, gave all Igbos resident in the 19 states of the North a three - month ultimatum to quit or be forced out after the expiration of the October 1 , 2017 deadline.
“We are also telling our brothers (northerners) out there in the South- East to get prepared to come back home, ” the National President , AYCF , Yerima Shettima, said at a press conference in Kaduna .

The ultimatum followed a successful sit-at- home order enforced by the Nnamdi Kanu - led Indigenous People of Biafra on May 30 , 2017 which the five South- East states complied with .
The ultimatum was handed down at a well attended press conference held at the Arewa House, Kaduna , on Tuesday .
The text of the press conference signed by Nastura Ashir Sharif (Arewa Citizens Action for Change ); Alhaji Shettima Yerima (Arewa Youth Consultative Forum ); Aminu Adam (Arewa Youth Development Foundation ); Alfred Solomon, (Arewa Students Forum ); Abdul - Azeez Suleiman (Northern Emancipation Network), as well as Joshua Viashman, who signed on behalf of the Northern Youth Vanguard.
The National President of the Northern Emancipation Network, Abdul - Azeez Suleiman, who read the text of the press conference , noted that the Igbo had become a threat to national unity , .
He noted that the action of the North was necessitated by the persistence for the actualisation of Biafra by the Igbo, saying this had led to the impediment of other people ’s rights in the South- East by ‘ the Indigenous People of Biafra and its overt and covert sponsors ’.
Suleiman said, “With the effective date of this declaration, which is today, Tuesday , June 6 , 2017, all Igbo currently residing in any part of northern Nigeria are, hereby , served notice to relocate within three months and all northerners residing in the South- East are advised likewise .
“All northern civil societies and pressure groups are, by this declaration , mandated to mobilise for sustained, coordinated campaigns at their respective state Government Houses, state Houses of Assembly , local government council secretariats and traditional palaces .
“Our first major move shall be to reclaim, assume and assert sole ownership and control of these landed resources currently owned, rented or in any way enjoyed by the … Igbo in any part of northern Nigeria . ”
Suleiman warned that the failure of the Igbo to heed the relocation order, the group would mobilise the people of region against them (Igbo).
During the question and answer session, the National President of the Arewa Youth Consultative Forum , Alhaji Yerima Shettima, warned that their threat must not be taken with levity by the Federal Government .
When asked whether the Arewa Consultative Forum , Northern Elders Forum and other bodies in the region were contacted , Shettima said they did not need the permission of the elders because according to him, ‘they are part of the decadence in the North ’.
“Never again shall we allow any group , (northern) elders to take us back . The ACF was part of the decadence of the region ,” he added.
Reacting to the development, the Ohanaeze Ndigbo, the apex socio- political body of the Igbo, demanded ‘urgent action ’ from the country ’s security agencies.
Ohanaeze also urged the Igbo in the North to be ‘vigilant ’ while going about their activities.
The Deputy Publicity Secretary of the Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Mr . Chuks Ibegbu, who spoke with one of our correspondents in Enugu, said the security agencies, particularly, the Department of State Services and the police , should take immediate steps to forestall any plan to launch attacks against the Igbo in the North .
“The DSS, the police and other security agencies should take note of the statement by the Arewa Youth Consultative Forum and the other Northern groups for issuing this threat against the Igbo.
“It should not be seen as an empty threat ; urgent action is needed to foil the plan to attack the Igbo in the North . It happened in the past and we don ’ t want it to happen again.
“In fact, Yerima Shettima should be arrested by the DSS immediately . We are watching to see what the DSS would do in this situation .
“Shettima’ s statement is treasonable ; he is inciting one section of the country against another section and we know from experience that this sort of thing could lead to a civil war . His utterances could destroy this country . ”

PoliticsChaos As House Rejects S’east Development Bill by Gentle99(op): 11:54pm On Jun 02, 2017
The House of Representatives was again thrown into a rowdy session on Thursday, forcing a hasty adjournment of proceedings.
The cause of the rowdiness was the rejection of a bill seeking to establish a South- East Development Commission.

The bill failed at the session, which was presided over by the Speaker , Mr . Yakubu Dogara, after it had been debated .
A similar bill to establish the North - East Development Commission had since been passed by the National Assembly , awaiting the assent of President Muhammadu Buhari .
However, South - East lawmakers immediately protested the decision on the grounds that the House could have, at least , allowed the bill to pass the second reading for more views to be collated from Nigerians at a public hearing .
Tension had built up in the House since Wednesday when the bill was billed to be moved for second reading .
However, it was stepped down on Wednesday because the lead sponsor and Deputy Minority Leader of the House, Mr . Chukwuka Onyeama , was unavailable in the chambers .
He returned soon after the bill was stood down.
The bill was re- listed for Thursday (yesterday), but again, Onyeama was unavailable just as the bill was to be taken and it had to be stood down a second time in line with the rules of proceedings .
But South - East lawmakers began a loud protest, insisting that the bill must be taken.
In the midst of the rowdiness , Onyeama reappeared in the chambers , just like he did on Wednesday after the bill had been stood down .
Dogara had to bend backwards to approve a motion for the rescission of the earlier ruling stepping down the bill .
The speaker said, “Let me clarify that it was not as if the bill was stopped. The sponsor of the bill was not around and we followed the rules to step it down.
“Now that he is here , we will take it. Nobody will shut out anybody because we don’ t have the right to do that . ”
Dogara calmed frayed nerves and opened debate on the bill .
Onyeama , while leading the debate , said the South- East geopolitical zone needed the commission to develop collapsed infrastructure and the damage suffered by the zone as a result of the Nigerian Civil War .
“The war led to massive destruction of critical infrastructure in the region , including roads, houses and environmental degradation ,” he said.
Onyeama added that the region was worst- hit by erosion and other ecological problems .
The lawmaker stated that the commission would be funded from seven sources .
The first is through “15 per cent” of the total monthly statutory allocations due to member states of the commission from the Federation Account .
The second source , he explained , would be from “three per cent” of the total budget of any oil - producing company operating onshore and offshore in the South- East states, including gas processing companies .
The third source is from “three per cent” of the total annual budget of any solid mineral extracting or mining company operating in the South- East.
The fourth source will come through “50 per cent” of money due to member states of the commission from the Ecological Fund.
Five to seven of the funding sources are ”Such monies as may , from time to time , be granted or lent to or be deposited with the commission by the Federal Government or a state government, any other body or institution , whether local or foreign.
“All monies raised for the purpose of the commission by way of gifts, loans , grants-in - aid , testamentary disposition or otherwise .
“Proceeds from all other assets that may, from time to time , accrue to the commission. ”
All South- East members , who spoke, including Mr . Uzoma Nkem - Abonta, Mr . Henry Nwawuba and Mr . Toby Okechukwu, said they gave “100 per cent” backing to the bill .
For instance, Nkem - Abonta argued that he believed the bill was the solution to the renewed agitation for the Republic of Biafra.
“We have to stop the crisis that is building up in the South - East before it turns into something else ,” he said.
Members from the South - South , led by the Minority Leader , Mr . Leo Ogor, also supported the bill .
“Every zone deserves a commission because this country needs to be restructured . We cannot continue this way, ” Ogor told the House.
Mr . Kehinde Agboola, who spoke for the South- West , said, “History will not forgive us if today we fail to support this bill . ”
However, trouble started when all the lawmakers from the North spoke against the bill .
Members from North - West , North - East and North - Central, all opposed the bill .
For example, Mr . Mohammed Sani - Abdu opposed the bill on the grounds that it was a move to “divide Nigeria in piecemeal. ”
He observed that coming soon after the government was trying to address the devastation caused by Boko Haram in the North - East, the timing of the bill was wrong .
Sani - Abdu recalled that after the civil war ended in 1970 , government made concerted efforts to rebuild the South- East and re- integrate the people into the rest of Nigeria .
He argued that funding of the commission, using “three per cent” of the annual budget of oil companies operating in the South - East was indirect funding by the Federal Government .
Another member from the North , Mr . Karimi Sunday, said some South- East states were already benefiting from the funding of the Niger Delta Development Commission by the oil companies .
“Are we going to ask the same oil companies to fund the South- East Development Commission again?
“Are we saying that every zone should come up with its own development commission?” he asked .
When Dogara put the bill to a voice vote , he ruled in favour of those rejecting the commission. For clarity purpose , he called the votes twice before bringing down his gavel .
But South - East lawmakers began another round of protests as Dogara handed over proceedings to the Deputy Speaker , Mr . Yussuff Lasun , and left the chambers .
Lasun quickly adjourned the House as the rowdiness worsened .
Outside the chambers , South- East lawmakers continued the protest.
Onyeama threatened that he would resign his position as a leader of the House.
“I am a leader in this House; you can’ t just kill my bill like that . I will resign ,” he fumed.
Another member from Abia State, Mrs . Nkiruka Onyejeocha , said her colleagues were not happy that the bill was rejected.
“At least , they could have passed it for second reading .
“At the committee stage, more work could have been done on it to remove the grey areas ,” she said.
One member from Rivers State, Boma Goodhead , joined in the protest, saying the North was not fair to the South- East.
“They are using our oil money to address the issue of Boko Haram . Now , they are against this bill . It is not fair , ” she shouted and walked away angrily .
South - East, victim of orchestrated political, economic marginalisation
– Ohanaeze
In its reaction , the apex socio- political body of the Igbo, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, said the South- East was the victim of an “orchestrated” political and economic marginalisation .
The Deputy Publicity Secretary of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Mr . Chuks Ibegbu, who spoke with one of our correspondents on Thursday, said the rejection of the bill was “ tragic , unfair and ‘ unfortunate. ”
Ibegbu said the bill , if passed into law , would have helped to address the longstanding marginalisation of the South-East.
He added that the development highlighted the flaws in the country ’s federalism.
“The South - East is the victim of a well orchestrated political and economic marginalisation ; these things do not happen by accident, they are planned and the plan is being carried out .
“The development highlights the tragedy of our federalism , a federalism that is filled with injustice, a federalism that emasculates the will of the people .
“At this stage in Nigeria ’ s history, nobody should be in doubt that the South- East needs federal attention . ”
Ibegbu added, “The South- East has five states and 95 local governments but the North - East has seven states and about 200 local government councils . How fair is that ?
“As we speak, the Federal Government has deployed national resources to attend to self- inflicted problems the North - East brought on itself through the Boko Haram insurgency . Before now an amnesty programme was initiated for the Niger Delta, and South- East youths , who were supposed to be captured in the programme, were not included .
“It is tragic that the House rejected the bill ; it is unfortunate and very unfair on the people of the South - East. ”

RomanceBanky, Adesua Announce Real Engagement by Gentle99(op): 8:26am On May 04, 2017
Celebrated musician , Banky W , and actress Adesua Etomi are currently in high spirits as they are engaged.
The revelation on Wednesday came as a pleasant surprise to many people , but a lot of them – including celebrities – have applauded and congratulated the duo .
Banky W let the cat out of the bag in the following soulful letter to his lover:
“Dear Susu ,
We crossed paths two or three times since 2012, but I wasn ’t paying enough attention . Destiny was staring me right in the face and I was too caught up in my own hustle and paper chase , to know it. In June 2015 , however , God brought you my way again, and this time , I really SAW you. I was smitten by your grace , aura, and beauty .
“So smitten, in fact, that even though I didn ’t get to say a word to you that day (because you were seated far across the room), I immediately called my best friend @ captdemuren , and told him I ’d found my next girlfriend. LOL. He laughed.
“I asked one or two people about you , your manager Isioma , who I ’d worked with previously , and then I did some research myself . Googled you, stalked your Instagram ; the whole nine yards , and the more I found out , the more you seemed like a breath of fresh air.
“Now , I personally don ’ t like being “hooked up” . So , I decided to approach you myself by sliding into your DM a few days later . Introduced myself , made some silly attempts to make you laugh, told you I planned to become your biggest fan, and asked if we could be friends . Thank God you laughed at my silly jokes, and thank God you graciously agreed to become my friend . At the time , I was completely lying about only wanting to be friends , by the way. But I figured it was a safe place to start.
“Since that DM, I ’ve spoken to you pretty much every single day for almost two years . Sometimes, in the morning, at night and in between . We clicked instantly , and you quickly became one of my favourite people on earth , and one of my most intimate friends . It got to the point where my day wouldn ’ t quite feel right without speaking to you. I needed your friendship. I needed , and still need, the bond we share. It completes me .
“I knew pretty early in the process that I wanted to spend forever with you. Prayed about it fervently. But it took you forever (okay, fine , maybe a year and a half or so) to see things my way. But I kinda knew all along , I was just waiting for you to catch up .
“In that time , I got engaged to you in my “Made For You” music video… and then, by coincidence, we both got cast to get married in “The Wedding Party ” movie. But all the while we were the very best of friends . I guess , in our case , real life will now imitate art.
“I’ m not sure what the future will bring, but I ’m completely sure that I am ready to face it with you by my side . I pray that God continues to build me into the kind of man that you deserve . I love you Susu, I feel safe and at peace with you . You mean the world to me . Thank you for agreeing to be my lover and best friend . Thank you for agreeing to be my wife. ”
Adesua has also confirmed the engagement.

PoliticsIs Nigeria Really A Country With A Ghost President? by Gentle99(op): 1:39pm On May 01, 2017
1st May 2017
Let me start by categorically asserting that the Buhari's presidency ended months ago. What we are currently experiencing is a
Deja Vu of the Yaradua situation. Sadly, there is no Dora Akunyili to save Nigeria in the real sense of the word. Even sadder is the fact that the bunch of soulless hypocrites like Pastor Tunde Bakare, Father Ejike Mbaka, Femi Falana etc who pretended to save Nigeria years ago have all gone deaf, dumb and blind now that Nigeria is in dire need of saving.
First, Buhari got back from extended medical tourism abroad where he spent 50 days, yet, he wasn't strong enough to address his employers who paid all his medical bill and took care of all his other needs. He has not been seen in public since then.

Lawal Bachir a.k.a Mr grasscutter 'codedly' admitted that he (Buhari) was no longer in charge when he condescendingly asked journalists, "Who Is The Presidency?" in response to queries about his suspension. That question implies a whole lot.
Just a few days ago, our "mis-information" minister, Alhaji Liar Muhammad told us how the ailing president planned on working from home even when Buhari's Aso rock residence and an office is nothing more than a 5-minute walk. If a man cannot afford to walk for just 5 minutes or even drive to his office, how does such a man plan on ruling over 180million people?

He has missed the weekly FEC [Federal Executive Council] meeting for the third consecutive time. Even the mosque they told us he always attend, he wasn't strong enough to attend last Friday prayer. Now, just yesterday, Sahara Reporters reported that the president is so ill that he can no longer eat or drink fluids on his own. He is now being fed intravenously.
A man who is not even in a position to put food in his own mouth is the same man still masquerading as the 'author and finisher' of the fate of over 180million people!!!
Ponder on this for a second.
Make no mistake, it is an insult to our collective intelligence and an indictment on our resolve as a people that we are being ruled by a president who it has been proven beyond every reasonable doubt, is not healthy enough to even take decisions about even himself. President Muhammadu Buhari is not just sick, he is gravely ill.
To you that is reading this, you know this, I know this, we all know this. Why then are we too afraid to demand that he be impeached based on health ground since it's beyond obvious that he's no longer sound enough to write a resignation letter even if he would have wanted to? Is the life of one man now more important than the lives of over 180 million people? What will it take for Nigerians to march to NASS and occupy both chambers until power is retrieved from the Cabal and returned to the rightful owners, the Nigerian people, by impeaching this ghost president??
The Latin American country called Cuba is not a democratic society. Yet, when the late Fidel Castro sensed his health could no longer let him proceed with the matters of state, he handed over power to another man.

We've traveled this route before with the good man, late Umaru Musa Yar'adua who we were told could rule from anywhere. And indeed, he did rule from his sick bed and his death bed, even! Or so it seemed. While Yar'adua was on life support, a group of political terrorists (the so-called Cabal) led by the then Attorney general, Michael Aondoakka forged his signature and convinced the then NASS to pass a supplementary budget which they shared amongst themselves. It is on record that apart from daylight free-for-all-looting of our resources, so many terrible evils were visited on the Nigerian people by the Cabal using the name of President Yar'adua.
Coincidentally, both President Buhari and the late president Yar'adua share Katsina state as their state of origin. Ironically, Buhari it was, who called on National Assembly to impeach Yar'adua since he failed to resign to take care of his health.
Now, Buhari is the one being held hostage by severe ailment while conscienceless men who have executed a civilian coup against the Nigerian people are ruining our collective destiny using Buhari's name. As it was in the days of Yar'adua, so it is today with Buhari.

As I write this, unimaginable evil is currently being visited on the Nigerian people by Buhari's own Cabal. And make no mistake about it, they are men of enormous means. They are Northerners. They arMuslimsms. They are mostly fulanis. They are ruthless. They are darkhearted. They have one objective and that is to keep political power in the North no matter the cost. There is no limit to how far these soulless men are willing to go to achieve this evil desire.
For this, even Buhari is expendable. As far as these men are concerned, what happened in Yar'adua situation where Jonathan replaced him and later went on to contest and win election as president, thereby taking power away from the North was a
terrible mistake, one they've sworn never to allow a repeat of.
Surely, you don't need a certain Charles Ogbu to be the one to tell you that all these hide and seek they are playing with Buhari's health is primarily aimed at ensuring that power doesn't come back to the South through Osinbajo. Even if they have to keep Buhari on life support till Queen Daenerys occupies the Iron Throne of Westoros, they will, as long as power doesn't leave the North. The average fulani man love political power above even his own life. And they DON'T share power with anyone.
But I've got bad news for these devilish men: The will of the people always prevails. The people will always win. Abacha failed. Yar'adua Cabal failed. Certainly, Buhari's own Cabal will be convincingly defeated and humiliated. In the unlikely event that Nigerians can't defeat this dark forces, mother nature is always there to square things up.

Asorock is not a retirement home. It is not a health centre either. Nigeria is sick right about now. She certainly doesn't need a President who is even 'sicker' than she is neither does she need some bunch of treasonous men acquiring and wielding power through illicit means and using same for evil end in the name of the gravely ill president.
For all the civil society groups, Labour Unions, Human rights activists, Artists, Reverend fathers, Pastors and Imams as well as other Nigerians who trouped out to the streets of Ojota, Kano etc and were almost all over the whole radio and T.V stations regaling us with tales of how Nigeria under Jonathan needed to be saved but have all gone quite now that Buhari and his gang have not only killed the same Nigeria but have equally refused to even release the carcass to us for decent burial, Shame On All of You!!!!!
Your pigeons no longer fly. Bunch of soulless hypocrites!!
Buhari and his gang shall definitely pass but your treachery, mindless hypocrisy and criminal silence will live after you. History will remember you all for deliberately loosing your tongue when its services were desperately needed.
Buhari presidency has exposed you lots for the religious criminals and intellectually fraudulent White Walkers you all are.
No man, no matter how powerful can make a private bargain with history.

Nnamdi Kanu was pictured after he was released in company of more than 10 people yesterday.

According to his bail conditions, he should not be in company of more than 10 people or grant any press interview. Considering the love many people have for Nnamdi, Do you think this will be possible for a man like Nnamdi Kanu to abide by his bail conditions? Can’t he attend church again? Can’t he go out since this will make people to want to take pictures with him as their leader?
Nnamdi Kanu is loved and for him not to appear in company of more than 10 people is a matter that will keep arising.

PoliticsIPOB Celebrates As Israel ‘recognizes Biafra’ by Gentle99(op): 10:18am On Apr 25, 2017
The Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB has thanked the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for openly recognizing Biafra.
IPOB said it was grateful to Netanyahu for openly acknowledging the genocide committed against the people of Biafra by the Nigerian Government.
Biafra was a secessionist state in eastern Nigeria that existed from 30 May 1967 to January 1970.
The secession of the Biafran region was the primary cause of the Nigerian Civil War, also known as the Biafran War.
The Israeli Prime Minister had during his speech on Holocaust Remembrance Day in Jerusalem, reportedly mentioned Biafra as a sad case in history where the world turned a blind eye to the orchestrated murder of millions of innocent civilians.
Reacting to Netanyahu’s comment, IPOB’s publicity secretary, Emmanuel Powerful said the development signals the best thing to come for the struggle.
He noted that without a doubt, “this represents one of the greatest achievements of IPOB worldwide under the command structure of our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.”
He said, “After nearly 50 years of blindfold diplomacy when Britain actively connived with Nigeria to blind the world to the horrors and atrocities committed by Gowon, Obasanjo, Buhari at al, the world is slowly waking up to their responsibility of accepting the fact that Britain sponsored the Gowon administration to commit mass murder against Biafrans and Igbos in particular.
“Yesterday, 23 April 2017, marks the first day the name Biafra has been mentioned in public by a major world leader.
“Mentioning Biafra in Jerusalem during his speech, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has reinforced holocaust signified the our belief in the inevitability of the restoration of Biafra in the near future.”
He said, if Biafra eventually becomes a reality, it would partner with Israel.
Powerful added, “Biafra nation will be the greatest ally of Israeli because blood is and will always be thicker than water. We are aware that Israel will always love Biafra because they are waiting to see the emergence of a credible Biafran group and leadership, they will speak.
“It’s a gradual process, the whole world can no longer pretend not to be aware now of the genocide against the people of Biafra orchestrated by Britain and executed by the Nigerian Government of Yakubu Gowon.
“Those who claim to be Igbo people or Niger Deltans, especially those born and raised in Lagos or living outside the sacred land of Biafra, should read the full text of the speech by the Prime Minister to understand that appeasing and begging those that hate you will never stop them from killing you.”

PoliticsObiano Flags Off Umueri International Cargo Airport Project by Gentle99(op): 8:59pm On Apr 14, 2017
The executive governor of Anambra state, Chief Willie Mmaduaburochukwu Obiano on Tuesday flags off the Umueri International Cargo Airport Project.
In the bid to fulfilling his campaign promises of making Anambra state an international, economic, secure and political vibrant state, Chief willie Obiano posits that “Ndi Anambra, when I took over the reins of leadership of this great state three years ago, I delivered an Inaugural Address titled – Expanding the Frontiers of Excellence. The historic ceremony we have gathered to perform here today is a very important step in expanding the frontiers of excellence in Anambra State”
An Address presented by the Governor of Anambra State, His Excellency, Chief Willie Obiano during the Flag off of the Umueri International Cargo Airport Project on April 11, 2017
Ndi Anambra, three years into my first term in office, I stand before you today to answer the call of history. In Christian numerology, the number 3 is the number of perfect manifestation. So, three years into my administration, the Lord God Almighty has given us a new VISION and a new SONG!
Umu nnem, our elders say that na Ugo gbuzuo, ochakee! Anambra State has finally hit the bend in the river and our famous can-do spirit has now taken over! From now on, we have nothing more to fear! Nothing! Not even ourselves!
Ndi Anambra, when I took over the reins of leadership of this great state three years ago, I delivered an Inaugural Address titled – Expanding the Frontiers of Excellence. The historic ceremony we have gathered to perform here today is a very important step in expanding the frontiers of excellence in Anambra State!

Indeed, it is important to note that my Team and I have got a few things right in the past three years. Against all expectations and at a time of great economic recession, we have established our beloved state as a compelling investment destination and attracted investments valued at over 5 billion US Dollars. And with this airport city project, the figure now stands at 7.2 billion US Dollars. We have also successfully placed Anambra on the agricultural map and blazed a trail with the exportation of our farm produce to the UK. In addition, we have positioned Anambra as the safest state in Nigeria and completely re-engineered the social architecture of our beloved state. Finally, we have re-awakened self-belief among our people and provoked their can-do spirit. Ladies and gentlemen, Anambra is finally on the RISE!
Ndi Anambra, what we have come to flag off in Umeri today is not your usual airport project. Mbanu! Nke anyi di iche! What we are flagging off today is an Airport City Project with a model that will accommodate an airport with two runways, an aviation fuel dump, an airport hotel, an industrial business park, an international convention centre as well as a facility for aircraft maintenance. The Umueri airport city project is conceived to join some of the most advanced airports in the world with a capacity to land any of the most sophisticated vessels known to man today. It sits on 1500 hectares of land with enough elbowroom for expansion from Ivite Umueri to neighbouring communities such as Nando, Umunya, Otuocha, Aguleri, Nteje, Nsugbe and beyond.
The project is estimated to cost over 2 billion US Dollars. It is a partnership between the Government of Anambra State, Orient Petroleum Resources Limited and Elite International Investments Limited (Sinoking Enterprises Limited).
Under the contractual agreement, Elite International Investments Limited will provide all the funds needed for the project under the Build-Operate-Manage-and-Transfer arrangement. However under the same SPV arrangement, the Anambra Airport City Infrastructure Limited has allocated 75% equity stake to Elite International Investments Limited, 20% to Oreint Petroleum Resources Limited and 5% to the Government of Anambra State. The host communities are entitled to 3% of the profit from this project in perpetuity as a part of the standard corporate social responsibility.
Indeed, the economic benefits of the Umueri Airport City Project are enormous. It is expected to generate 1,200 direct and 3600 indirect jobs. We expect that Ndi Anambra will grab 70% of these jobs in continuation of our efforts to create wealth and prosperity for our people. It will also provide an opportunity for training and skills transfer to our people. I have no doubts whatsoever that this project will have a tremendous impact on the ease of doing business in Anambra State as it opens a direct access by air to our vast markets. In particular, I hope that on completion, the Umueri Airport City Project will wipe out the difficulties our businessmen and women often encounter in exporting and importing goods and services and help in improving the entire supply chain.
Ladies and gentlemen, with this project and our subsequent plan for a light rail project, Anambra State will eventually assume its rightful place as a major commercial and industrial hub in the West African sub-region. As you are aware, my administration is intensely focused on building projects that have immense economic values. That is why we have concentrated efforts in building roads and bridges that either lead to industrial clusters or the oilfields or the agricultural belt of the state.
This Airport City Project follows the same trajectory. That is why we have established a strong synergy between Orient Petroleum Resources Plc and the Airport project with a view to operating an Aviation Fuel Segment that will attract both local and foreign airlines to refuel their aircraft in Umueri. This will no doubt open a new economic corridor for our beloved state as it is expected to stimulate growth in the oil and gas sector and multiply our revenue sources. It is my candid hope also that when this airport becomes operational, the world will have a direct and easy access to the vast tourism offerings of Ogbunike Cave and Ogbaukwu Caves and Waterfalls as well as the timeless archaeological treasures of Igboukwu!
Ndi Anambra, our beloved state is fast opening its doors to the world. Let us join hands and welcome the benefits that knock on our collective door!
Umu nnem, please, always remember that wherever you are and whatever you do, our ancestors left us with a timeless reminder that Aku luo uno, amalu onye kpalu ya!
My colleagues and I are waiting eagerly to receive you, go through your business plan and offer you the assistance you need to make your enterprise sink deep roots in the soil of Anambra State!
Ndi Anambra, chi efogo nu! Olugonu na omume!
God bless Anambra State!
God bless the shining light that we bear!
Dalunu!

PoliticsOhanaeze Rejects Igbo Presidency, Questions FG by Gentle99(op): 7:20pm On Mar 27, 2017
President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chief John Nnia Nwodo has declared that the struggle for restructuring of Nigeria is more important than the agitation for Igbo presidency in 2019.
Chief Nwodo spoke during a dinner organised in his honour by Old Sigmites, Lagos chapter, a club founded in 1950 at the University of Ibadan.
The Igbo leader also objected to the killing of unarmed members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB).
He wondered why the youths, who were clearly not happy with the unfair treatment being meted out to them in a country that is supposed to be theirs, were brutally killed.
Insisting that the youths did not warrant being killed, Nwodo also berated the Federal Government over continuous detention of IPOB’s leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
“The agitation for Igbo presidency in 2019 is a non issue as far as I am concerned. As the president of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, I am apolitical, I am not a member of any political party.
“This is an issue for political parties, it has nothing to do with me. The issue of power rotation among regions is not new, it is some how aligned with the doctrine of federal character which is in our constitution.
“No party has called for nomination. I don’t think agitation for Igbo presidency is important now; what Nigerians are asking for is restructuring of the country to be a true federation. It cannot continue to be a federation in name, the political lexicography for federation is an independent federal unit.
“The moment you have independent federal unit, being state or regions and they have control over the resources they produce, they will contribute on agreed proportion to the Federation. The question of who is president and where he comes from will die down. It is going to be a matter of who is competent.
“MASSOB and IPOB organisations, no matter how divided they appear in public, are basically motivated by the same sense of outrage and bitterness. Our young men and women can no longer tolerate a second class status in their own country,” he said.
Other regional leaders present on the occasion and also championing the cause of restructuring the nation are Niger Delta elder statesman, Chief Edwin Clark and a Yoruba leader, Chief Ayo Adebanjo.
Chief Clark, who did not also hide his feeling on the issue of restructuring, said the current situation of the country is not a legacy left behind by people who fought for the independence of Nigeria.
“As President Muhammadu Buhari used to say, if we don’t kill corruption, corruption will kill us, but, I am saying, if we don’t restructure, restructure will kill us,”
Chief Adebanjo also aligned himself to the submission of his co leaders, he said the country was sitting on a time bomb, if the issue of restructuring was not addressed. In his address, the president of Old Sigmites, Lagos, Dr. Faye Iketubosin said the association honoured Nwodo for his outstanding contributions to the society and for his current position in Igboland.

PoliticsNigeria Will Break Up – Anyaoku, Others by Gentle99(op): 8:15am On Mar 27, 2017
Former Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, Chief Emeka Anyaoku and Ijaw leader, Chief Edwin Clark, have urged President Muhammadu Buhari to immediately take necessary steps to restructure Nigeria or Nigeria will break up.
According to them, the unity of Nigeria and harmonious co-existence of the various ethnic nationalities will be deepened by fiscal federalism and restructuring of the polity.
Eminent Nigerians who shared this view include elder statesman and Ijaw leader, Chief Edwin Clark; former Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, Chief Emeka Anyaoku; Afenifere elder, Chief Ayo Adebanjo; President-General, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chief John Nnia Nwodo and Professor Biyi Afonja.
They spoke at a dinner, weekend, held by old members of the Sigma Club of University of Ibadan for Chief Nwodo, in Lagos.
However, Arewa Consultative Forum, ACF, and Second Republic lawmaker, Dr Junaid Mohammed, disagreed and urged the eminent citizens not to blackmail Nigerians into an unclear and bogus system of government.
Speaking at the dinner, Chief Clark said: “Nigeria is very sick today. The Nigeria, which our founding fathers like Chief Obafemi Awolowo, Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe and Sir Ahmadu Bello bequeathed to us, is no longer what we have. At independence, we had a constitution that said there would be three regions, no one is superior to the other.
“President Buhar said that we must kill corruption or corruption will kill us but I say restructure Nigeria or non-restructuring of Nigeria will kill Nigeria.”
Also, Chief Adebanjo, who commended Ndigbo for electing Nwodo as Ohanaeze President-General, said his election came at a time people like him were needed to move Nigeria forward.
To Chief Anyaoku, the value system has collapsed in Nigeria and the development is hugely responsible for the menace of graft in the country.
Averring that Sigma Club is a club of gentlemen with values, he said we must strive for the values of integrity, hardwork and belief that good character is far above irresponsible personal wealth.
Meanwhile, Arewa Consultative Forum, ACF, yesterday, rejected the call for the restructuring of the country to ensure true federalism, saying what the country needed was competent leadership at all the levels of government and not doing anything that would weaken the centre.
National Publicity Secretary of ACF, Mohammed Ibrahim, made this known. He said: “Nigerians fought for the unity of the country.
It is not possible for the north to support anything that would cause disunity in Nigeria.”

PoliticsThere Was No Killing In Nigeria But Now U Are Back D Troubles Are Back:fayose by Gentle99(op): 4:45pm On Mar 25, 2017
Ekiti State governor, Ayodele Fayose has stated that ever since President Buhri left Nigeria for his 59 days medical vacation in London there was a total calm in every part of Nigeria but since he returned back the troubles are back, killings everywhere.
Fayose said this In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Idowu Adelusi, the governor said Buhari must stop political appointees and government officials from endangering Nigeria’s democracy through their actions.
He mentioned the refusal of Comptroller-General of Customs, Hameed Ali to wear uniform.
He said, “Governance has been reduced to a theatre of the absurd. These appointees of yours are needlessly and embarrassingly flexing muscles and are heating up the polity; they appear to be having fun and regaling themselves at the expense of the nation. The economy has collapsed and the people are suffering. There is hunger and anger never before witnessed in the land.
“Yet, Presidential appointees are preoccupied with trivialities and inanities. Wearing of uniform has suddenly become a Supreme Court matter. Why a man who will not wear uniform went to take a uniformed job beggars belief. How someone who has so little respect and scanty regard for an organisation like the Nigeria Customs Service should be made to head the same organisation must baffle right-thinking Nigerians.

“In other societies where people have a sense of decency and decorum, people with such irreconcilable differences would honourably resign their position. “And where a government finds itself unable to effectively govern, as we appear to have here on our hands, it behoves the head of that government to do the needful.
“Mr. President, let it not be said that you have lost grip of your government. Nigerians are beginning to believe, as a statement of fact, your wife’s allegation that a cabal has taken over your government. Your defence that your wife belongs to “the other room” now rings hollow in the ears of Nigerians.
“The saying is that he who appoints can also disappoint. Your appointees are your creation and it is an aberration when they become greater and more powerful than you. Mr. President, the tail is wagging the dog right now. You must take effective and firm action to reverse this ugly and unwholesome trend.
“I am also the head of a government and I know how it works. The ‘consortium of presidents’ around you, as Nigerians now derisively refer to those ‘powerful’ and larger-than-life appointees of yours who take delight in riding roughshod over the polity and desecrating the hallowed chambers of justice, must be cut to size. If you need help, Nigerians are ready to queue behind you on this issue to put an end to your appointees’ shenanigans.
“Mr. President, I, Ayo Fayose, volunteer to help you in this regard. As a state governor, I cannot brook a tenth of what you are taking from your appointees. None of my appointees can disrespect and disparage the Ekiti State House of Assembly like your appointees are doing to the National Assembly.
“Did you listen to what a distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic said this week on the floor of the red chamber; that for the 59 days that you were away on medical leave in London, your appointees were gentle and behaved themselves and there were no killings in any part of the country by rampaging herdsmen; but now you are back and the troubles are back with us again? We all prayed for your quick recovery and swift return to office. Must we now regret doing so?”
He added that Nigerians are already losing patience with the government.

PoliticsKanu Insulted Leaders Including Me But It’s Time To Release Him – Okorocha by Gentle99(op): 7:32pm On Mar 24, 2017
According to an online platform, Imoliaison Abuja, Gov. Rochas Okorocha today appealed to Buhari to release IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu. According to him, Nnamdi Kanu’s actions should be seen as youthful exuberance.
Addressing the Press after receiving the Vice President who is on his way to Abia State for the Niger Delta Stakeholders Forum today.
Governor Okorocha advocated, in the spirit of reconciliation, that the Federal Government should release Nnamdi Kanu.
Okorocha opined that his activities should be seen as youthful exuberance.
“What he is agitating for, is what others are agitating for too. But he used the wrong language and insulted leaders including myself. But this is the time for National Reconciliation”.

Last Saturday night in a nightclub in Marcory, a man who wanted to look for the services of a prostitute found himself in front of his own daughter. Shocked, he started beating the girl aged 24 who eventually left the nightclub in a haste.

If you think that I'm Yoruba or any of those tribes you mentioned you are sadly mistaken.

I totally agree with some of your points on crime but I will not shy away from the facts before me.

As far as I'm concerned if any tribe makes it difficult for Nigerians to have a standard image, I will concentrate on those tribes. No tribe is exclusive and beyond naming and shaming in my books.

I have travelled far and wide from South America to Asia, North America, Africa and Europe: The crime of prostitution in Europe involving Edo and some other tribes is disgraceful. The area boys you mentioned is also shameful.

BUT!!!

I'm afraid my research with Interpol, Nigerian police, foreign police forces, customs and immigration officials around the world reveals that the number one and two crimes that made Nigeria a world renowned criminal destination is DRUGS and 419, when you do the research well you will find that ibos are the world leaders holding Nigerian passports.

I have spoken with EFCC, NAFDAC, national assembly members, and police officers globally, and citizens of many nations and the verdict are always the same, drugs and 419.

Domestically, for decades Nigerians have been dying from poisonous goods, toxic waste, contaminated injections resulting in hiv/aids spread, road accidents and food poisoning - These deaths were blamed on witchcraft, juju, voodoo, bad roads until NAFDAC, Red cross, UN, WHO brought out statistics on what the causes are, and when you look at the heart of that are the ibo chemists, fake goods importers, contraband, fake medicines, fake spare parts, fake foods, fake drinks, fake everything - are responsible!

In many parts of the world, ibo drug dealers and 419 criminals have made it a daily humiliation exercise for Nigerians carrying the same passports as them. Infact many Nigerians have been attacked and killed in many countries on their arrival due to activities of ibo criminals who were there before them.

Yoruba, Benin and area boys have not killed Nigerians as much as ibo people have.
No tribe in Nigeria records the level of heinous crimes that has caused humiliation and hate on Nigerians as ibo people. There are thousands of ibo people around the world on death row, killed and buried in unmarked graves.

Kidnapping, using human head to make ego, selling babies, armed robbery are all creations of ibo people! Their desire to make making or die trying started over 50 years ago and some Nigerians have copied it!

Until such a time when another tribe overtakes the ibos in these I'm afraid I will continue to spread the information to Nigerians.

ibos are monkeys and a cancerous race of inhuman criminals with crime stamped to their DNA and Nigeria must recognise and do something about it.
I was born in Taiwan, had my elementary school in China, my junior high in San Francisco, US, my senior high in Ottawa, Canada, my undergraduate degree in Oxford and my masters in Melbourne. I practiced in UCT, Cape Town and Singapore respectively! I left Turkey just few months ago. I was in Vilnius, Lithuania to visit my girlfriend before making a stop over in Catalonia for the sake of a football match in Camp Noun! I'm in Frankfurt currently with my mum (that's my country home). Why am I telling you this? If you check well, Turkey and Singapore are the places where drug dealers are punished strictly. My girlfriend who happened to be a journalist managed to interview some of them! According to her findings, Drug trafficking was introduced to them by rich Yoruba men! You should start from the root! When last I visited Nigeria with my dad, I had a chat with your past IG of police! I met with my mum's nephew who was a senator in NASS. I was there at the Defence Headquarters in Abuja, just to feed my girlfriend with some cool facts on getting back to Europe! From my findings, the tarnishing of the Nation's image starts with your leaders and citizens! Igbo aren't to be blamed! Five years ago, I was in Balogun Market to see my cousins. I happened to over hear the conversation between an Igbo chemist and a Yoruba consumer! The Igbo chemist was complaining of high cost of buying and shipping drugs! The Yoruba man asked him for the one with lesser effect and price! The man told him no and he in return requested that such should be imported next time for their use! Now, put yourself in the man's shoes! If you are a chemist who sells original drugs! However, you sell those drugs for a long time due to its high price! Also, your costumers are requesting for the inferior ones! Now, what'd you do? Nigerians get what they deserve and ask for- inferior goods which are cheap!
An Igbo man has manufactured made in Nigeria car which is authentic and strong! However, people still go ahead to buy tokunbo cars driven in Nigeria! Tell me, who is to be blamed? You Nigerians ask for inferior goods and that's what China gives you!

I gotta go! I have an event in Berlin!

The crazy prostitutes in Spain and Germany, aren't they Yorubas (Edo State) ? The stupid area boys in the streets of Lagos (Agberos) aren't they Yoruba? What is the most useless tribe in Nigeria? Isn't it Yoruba? How many Igbo beggars or Igbo people lazy around in Lagos? They even go as far as hawking!
How many of SE states depend on the money from oil? Non! How many of them's roads are built by FG? None! 2nd Niger Bridge, was it in the budget? No! The most patriotic tribe, isn't it Igbos? (If you want proof, it is ready) The most business oriented tribe isn't it Igbo? Let Lagos exist one month without Igbos, you'd hate Lagos!
The drug you talk about is a collective work from both tribes! Human trafficking, isn't it common with the Edo? The crime rate you talk about, btw the Igbo and Yoruba, who is more into it?
I wonder where your brain is! Dunno If it is in your anus and probably has mixed with your poo!

im not suprised, throwing insults is what your kind resort to when they cannot counter the other persons argument. this is the reason kanu was able to brainwash you.
Having a Nigerian mum doesn't make me a Nigerian and I was never brainwashed! Sorry, I was doing my research project when you naive and tribalistic set of Nigerians were showing your level of stupidity!

When Nigerians don't have any clue, they'd pick a word they know not its meanings. Wonder what makes him a terrorist!Did he sponsor Boko Haram- which your useless leaders did? Did he send Fulani Herdsmen to wipe off communities- which your leaders never reacted to. Did he massacre Shi'tes Muslims- which your leaders did? Did he kill innocent people who peacefully gathered for their 49th Biafran Secession celebration? Did he order that Christians should be killed in southern Kaduna- which your leaders were mute about? Did he forge his high school leaving certificate- which your president did!

It isn't that I can't counter your argument but arguing with an Ignorant Nigerian like you is useless!

Thankfully, I'm not a Nigerian!
