Good Morning my people, please I have an issue on renewal of passport. I applied for renewal on November 8, 2016 at Osogbo and till today, no booklet to renew the passport. I think is a general problem in Nigeria now.
My passport has been stamped for renewal, stamp with CHECKED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. I have booked my flight since last Month for December 5th, next week Monday. The passport will expire in April,2017.
Please, wat can I do now? Am just confuse here ooooooooo |

LagosismyHome: EVen in the UK this booklet is a problem (Naija Jagajaga SMH) ....... Have u checked other cities such as Lagos or Abuja . Do not just rely on Osogbo .
Although I have heard of this issue as been common but make sure you check all other possible offices especially the major cities . Also if the 32 pages in unavailable , check if the 62-page passport booklet is available , then if that cost more you might just have to go with it . Renewal is compulsory right? |

femi321: Just go to computer village or anywhere they sell chargers, the round mouth is what they use in Morocco and the flat one is what they use in the US, there is charging port JFK, so but a flat charger along.see attachment. you dont need to buy a new laptop charger, all you need is the lower part and you can attach it to your former charger. both chargers is not more than 1k Thanks! Which state u de for US? |

femi321: Ideally i shouldn't quote you because i noticed since the day i passed a comment about your visa interview that was denied, if i quote you..you don't respond..Just because of the love of God i will give you an advice you might appreciate latter...I beg you with the name of God, Buy gala, drink, small chops or things you can eat in Casablanca along from Nigeria..The food they will give you is nice to them but very horrible to we Nigerians 2) Hold a 2 round mouth charger for your system and phone if you dont want to have the longest 4hrs of your life...i spent 17hrs in Casablanca when i left Nigeria and it wasn't that bad because i was prepared..Just giving you heads up. Safe journey Sorry abt dat please....... I wasn't Myself dat time Abt d charger, wher can I get it? And how much, please Thanks |

LagosismyHome: No hotel ..... your wait time is not even that long . You are expected to roam around or find something to occupy yourself during the stop over time ..inside the airport. Make sure you return back to your boarding gate in good time or you miss the next flight
You can browse the Internet or read a book or walk around or make a friend .. the charging head is different from Nigeria so either u plan in advance and buy the adapter so u can charge any device u have so at least u can have something to browse with ..... the adapter maybe less than 1k in naija Almost 14hours at JFK overnight, I will be outside making friends or what! Where will I charge my phone at the airport? I don't get U! |

brightify: during mine I book through Wakanow and immediately they confirmed my payment they sent me the E-ticket immediately, so if I may ask how do you book yours?.in terms of the stop over at Casablanca they will lodge you guys at lounge so you guys will stay there and wait for your connecting flight to JFK, I can't say much about having stop over in JFK because I do not have any stop over there, but I guess they gonna put you guys at lounge, unless you among first class or business class that's when you will be thinking of any hotel I was sent E-ticket confirmation with the itenaary of the journey! |
Travel › Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 10 by gentledoj(m): 10:28am On Nov 11, 2016 |
brightify: they will give u your e-ticket as far as you've paid for your flight, so about the process at the airport is an easy process, you don't have to fear of anything, they will ask for your international passport, admission letter and your e-ticket.and don't carry excess luggage's because they will charge you for it,I think the maximum weight is 46kg and hand luggage of 10kg Safe trip E-TICKET by mail or at the airport? I have two stop over, one at Casablanca 4h 50min and at JFK,usa 13h 50min. Please, will the airline lodge us at the hotel or we stay at the airport because that JFK is over night stop over. Thanks |

biikeys: You don't have to worry this much..Just have your complete itinerary printed out and ask questions from flight attendants, or even people at the airport. Don't be afraid to, and don't always assume everybody is going your way. The key here is ask questions ...since it seems it's your first time out Yes sir... Thanks |

LagosismyHome: On your boarding paper /pass d airline gives when u check in would be the boarding gate no And boarding time or in some cases d no wont be out ontime so u would be told to look at the board to get your boarding gate ....i am.talking of your connecting flight. So your boarding gate is the area of an airport where passenger for that particular flight would wait and also enter the plane from.... most airports are big so u need to know where in d airport they will lead u into the plane . That called a boarding gate and be there on time as well because after some time boarding closes
Regarding into arrival hall i dont know if u mean in relation to your connecting flight or your final direction. however its easy , u see what others are doing just observe and follow. .....even if u are doing it wrong someone will correct u... JJC is ok too no problem. .... alsoask any airport staff for clarification. They are usually helpful Ok... Thanks |

LagosismyHome: U can ask or there usually free Internet at some airport so u can check google or you can plan ahead. .. note what the key times u need and convert it to Nigeria time and note it but surely u should be able to ask someone what the time is....also if u look at the board that has various flight information/ gates numbers usually there is a time on it that is reflective of the local time of that particular airport Please, wen d plane land! Will I work into the arrival Hall or wat? And how to locate the boarding gate u are talking abt? |
