Not surprised, you can only see this in Nigeria, my funny country |
If Government actually want to fight corruption in this country, why haven't they force all politicians to be paid salaries n allowances via IPPIS. Between the political sector and education sector, which is more corrupt? I see some piple criticising ASUU for fighting for the education sector in Nigeria, have you for one day sat down and imagine how the universities would look like without the intermittent intervention of ASUU via the strike action. Do u think that the FG gives a damn about education in Nigeria, are their children even schooling in Nigeria,?.... Let's divert a little to the health sector; have u ever wondered why a place like "aso rock" in Nigeria don't have the best medical facility in the country?....(thank God covid-19 came from those countries they normally travel to for medical tourism, if not, "all of them" would have disappeared from d country leaving us behind to our fate). So with these things and many other issues, I don't see any reason why ASUU shd be punished for refusing to join IPPIS and the Minister of education even "lied" publicly that he wasn't aware of the owed salaries. I don't blame those who fight against the teachers that taught them to become who n what they are today, I blame the Nigerian system...its only God that can help us |
So the borders are still open....Nigeria una mumu too much |
When Nigerians were telling them to close border as at the time we had two cases, they said no, that it hasn't reach that stage...they thought Ogar corona go fear their faces....may God have mercy on this careless KOVIK 1 9 govt... |
[quote author=jumper524 post=87491611]ASUU ssanu, u can go on strike forever but nothing changes the fact that you must enroll for ippis b4 payment of salaries. All the Ghost workers must be exposed. If my dept with 5 lecturers, 3 active 2 on study leave can borrow lecturers and claim to have 26 during accreditation, it goes a long way to tell u the level of fraud in the education section. [Fraud is every where in this country, if you don't no, you don't no....has any1 told u that some handlers the IPPIS software are using it fraudulently, they capture n pay people who are not govt workers n go behind to claim d money, what do u call those kind of workers, ghost workers or life workers ] |
I thot some1 would ask why are the Politicians not made to received their salaries n allowances via IPPIS, who d chop Nigerian money pass, politicians or university teachers? Are we still operating democracy in this country? |

HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK ALONE: Self CPR... Dear All, Please read this:- 1 Let’s say it’s 7.25pm and you’re going home (alone of course) after an unusually hard day on the job. 2 You’re really tired, upset and frustrated. 3 Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to drag out into your arm and up in to your jaw. You are only about five km from the hospital nearest your home. 4 Unfortunately you don’t know if you’ll be able to make it that far. 5 You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself. 6 HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE? Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness. 7 However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again. 8 Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital. 9 Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!! 10 A cardiologist says If everyone who gets this mail kindly sends it to 10 people, you can bet that we’ll save at least one life. 11 Contribute by forwarding this mail which can save a person’s life…. 12 If this message comes around you ……more than once…..please don’t get irritated……U need to be happy that you have many friends who care about you & being reminded of how to tackle….Heart attacks….AGAIN… From: DR.
