MrBrownJay1: funny bit, but let me ask: - why you bring your child to work, to begin with? - if this isnt the 1st time you came late to work, then would this punishments make things better? wouldnt it better to just tell her that her paycheck will be docked every time she arrives late. - or better yet, to tell her that next time she is late, she can stay home as she will not be needed any longer...
That's why employers has surcharges. U come late, Ur salary cut off... Even by the look of things, I am not so certain she's an employee in that workshop. She may be acquiring a skill. Something she paid for, why still subjected her to that inhumane treatment...
Juliearth: Pride is innate in the hearts of every man, but if one considers what one stands to lose by allowing it play out, one may decide to play the fool's card. Ergo, I understand why this lady chose to obey rather than walk away.
The lady knows where the shoe pinches then choose to stay. The heart of man is truly wicked...
LexngtonSteele: Well. I know Nigerians and pity stories.
But don't allow yourself to be dehumanised.
If she doesn't like this treatment... instead of complaining, leave.
I left an international organisation with crazy pay because I couldn't take shiit being offered and I said so, point-blank.
By looking at the lady, I do not think she has the means to leave her oppressor (boss). Life happens, it is what it is... The welfare of the child might even rest on the poor lady. I am very much happy kindhearted people has been reaching out to her....
Mikespecialone: African way of training their apprentice..... this one is even fair , if na mechanic u go learn or rewire and you came late to work na that long black cable wire Oga go use wipe ur life comot
In what world is it right to physically punish an adult?
You are patt of the problem with Nigeria. Willing to tolerate NONSENSE and never questioning people in positions of perceived authority. That's why Nigerians continue to SUFFER in silence.
Anyway, I blame the poverty that drove the lady into the arms of an UNHINGED idiot.
Those siding the boss are just something else. Like wtf
madridguy: The boss is right. Useless headline to attract unnecessary comments. Where is the daughter kneeling down? She is the one serving punishment and not with her daughter.
The said boss is trying to let her know what punctuality means at work. If she think she's too big to be kneeling down, then let her start coming to work on time.
She's not working, she's learning a skill. She paid for it. She can decide when she can be available. There's an agreement signed, either few months or years. It's left to her if she couldn't catch up due to her incessant late coming. Asking a nursing mother to kneel down is evil. Where is humanity. C'mon!!!
GistMedia0: Prominent Nigerian activist, Aisha Yesufu, has responded defiantly to those calling for her arrest after she refused to stand during the recitation of the reintroduced national anthem.
In a bold statement, Yesufu dared anyone to arrest her for exercising her right to protest, saying: "I dare anyone to arrest me for sitting down while the new national anthem is being played or recited."
Yesufu's refusal to stand during the national anthem has sparked a heated debate on social media, with some calling for her arrest and others hailing her as a hero for standing up for her beliefs.
The reintroduced national anthem has been a topic of controversy in Nigeria, with some citizens welcoming the change and others expressing concerns over its implications.

Oneday82: He was lucky that it was not use for toilet, it's just Suya...
The truth is that a degree holder in this country has no value as the government is not helping out in reducing the high rate of employment.
A Bsc holiday serving in a garden or restaurant as a waiter and others garden in the midst to survive.
It's only in this country that people brag about their degree and certification yet they can boast of tangible things they have achieved while others country are going far in technology we are carrying papers around.
If you see what graduates face on a daily basis in trying to find and ends meet, you will pity for them. 10/12 after school, you still can't get a befitting job that will pay your pays. Can't even save.
Nigeria still have a London way to go.
This is so sad.. But the he was lucky it was not used for toilet got me rofl 🤣
They are in need of a wide coverage in locating the owner of this certificate. This original bachelor's degree certificate was used to wrap suya and they are looking for the owner
OKOATA: I was coming back from a walk with my dog this morning so I passed a bushy path that have residential homes. Saw this gentle slime ball underneath one of the leaves waiting for chicks to come close. Quickly cut of a mango branch and hit it a couple of times before it died. I don't know but is this a BOA?
Mchearan: If it's about state issue. If you can obtain a certificate of origin of the state u mistakenly used, that's fine and safer than reapplying. Reapplying is only necessary when you lost your Application number. Because that's the only means to login into your profile to view your Application progress incase of shortlisting. Losing that login details is the same as not applying atall. Gone are the days these people communicate through mails. Your portal will only be the medium of communication now
What if I am unable to obtain the certificate of origin of the state I mistakenly used, what should I do if I am lucky to be shortlisted... Your candid advice will be kindly needed and appreciated 🤲

I then broke out in tears in my spirit and i told them that the don't like good. I slept opposite army parade group in abuja in area 10 till the next and paid transport back home to calabar. God also showed me our ogas in federal fire service the will in group with uniform having spiritual meeting. To God almighty be the glory federal fire service is very deep. Ephesians 6:12 For we are not fighting against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers against the rulers of this dark whole and against spiritual wickedness in high places. Thats my experience about about them Shalom God bless you.

Newton2024: Whereas those who did not do any capturing received the money. Someone did not fill the form but only update his BVN and NIN using verification link, and he received an alert.
In our party meeting, they have filled the form for us three times and I have personally filled the form for about ten times. I'm still expecting alert.
If they explain this corntree to you and you understand, the person did not explain it very well to you.
This is a absolutely pathetic. Imagine someone that didn't fill form but update Nin and bvn and got paid. Does that even suppose to happen in the first place..
