If the area does not have much barbjng salon, then u can do it. My brother is about doing that right now in Uyo. He has a laundry shop he has being using for long but of recent , he has gotten a carpenter to divide the shop and once he is through, he will employ a barber to handle it.

But I advise that u don't task him much. Even if you collect only 1k per day, its OK for now. But DO NOT just abandon the shop to him now. I mean keep visiting like once a week to know how he is running your biz.

Note that u can also open Biz acct with Lesotho also.

Read carefully and don't let some guys deceive because they want to collect money from u...

First u must know that u cannot just open a new paypal account and receive 10k. Paypal will just limit you instantly. If you need the 10k urgently, then get the services of a trusted one who has been using paypal for long (note that the person will charge u)( search nairaland for IYEMIK, and read his thread then be the judge).

Then after u can open your own paypal acct or get someone to do that for u . But gradually receive little cash into it...
