First of all you need to know that Mtn has made some changes with respect to the command you send for night browsing.

Also the charges have changed.
Now take note: To get 125mb, send N125 to 131 @25naira
To get 250mb, send N250 to 131 @50naira and so on...

I have not made any changes to my phone number. I registered with my Nigerian number. I have always advised Naija guys to use their Nigerian number or any phone number that they have so that they can easily attend to paypal sms or call wahala.

I can not say for hosting but I used Name cheap for my domain name and Hostgator for hosting and has always been smooth.

I own a business which i registered with CAC since 2014. I have all my business documents intact as provided by the commission. I read through your post and decided to open a Paypal business account as specified in your post.

On the first page of the website (https://www.paypal.com/ae/webapps/mpp/home) i click on the link 'Open a Business account' and was taken to the next page. On this page, i was asked 'if United Arab Emirates is not where your business is registered, please choose the correct country below' and i choose Nigeria. I click on Select and Continue button.

At this point i noticed that the internet address browser changed from https://www.paypal.com/ae/...TO https://www.paypal.com/ng/....

Please note change from ae to ng. I decided to temporarily stop and seek further advised.

My question/concern is:

1. Does it mean that the system automatically identify my location and possible might get into trouble in the future?
2. Do i choose UAE as where my business is located?

Bro that happens depending on the Paypal country you want to open the biz account with. Its always like that with UAE biz acct for now. So if you want to use your Nigerian biz details, then you will have to open a Paypal biz acct from a country that will allow u sign up via your email only and then you will get a page that will allow u input all your Nigerian biz details, including your Nigerian number.

At least I know that its easier to open such with SA Paypal biz and Mozambique Paypal biz...

Pure VPN free? I read through your site and some things are still confusing. What about addresses and utility, do I use SA or Nigerian addresses?

I will answer your questions one by one.

1) Pure VPN is not free. you can choose to buy 1mth package or other packages. I chose to buy 1mth package cos its not all the time I visit paypal. if I receive any payment, paypal will notify me via registered email.

2) When it comes to addresses, you have to use the address that match with the paypal country u are using. For instance, am using SA paypal and I used SA address. Which means I have to prepare SA utility (which some get for people for 9k or 11k or 15k; depending on who u meet) in case of any verification.

NOW, some naija guys have used their Nigerian address to open SA paypal since they can easily get their house utility and send to paypal BUT its not advisable. I know of someone whose SA paypal has been limited and was told to send his ID and UTILITY. He sent his drivers license and it was accepted but when he sent his Nigeria utility as address verification, it was rejected. He is not willing to pay in other to get SA utility.

SO do the right thing bro...

Thank u bros. This is what i told the op but he is saying something else. its even worse with biz acct because Paypal will ask for biz doc to prove u are the owner of the biz when the person has withdrawn to a certain level.....

My brother that is the prob with Paypal ooooo. Well like I said earlier, different people with different price. As for me, I do collect 45%. But if u don't pay the 50%, the cash will just remain there at your loss. Half is better than none.

It is possible to cash out but take note of the following:

1) U will tell the person how much u have in the limited acct.

2) The person will take some percentage of it( some take 40%, some 45% while some 50%) and send u the remaining to your bank acct...
That is, if you had $600 in your SA acct, and the person is to collect 40%, it means he will take $240 and pay u $360 .

So be prepared for it. Atleast its better than letting it go to paypal.

@op. U went for awoof. A genuine seller sells mtn 1gb for 600 to 650naira. And mtn 3gb for 1,700naira.....

Well if u asked the OP am sure he would have answered u. But if u take time to read that article, u will notice that taking Nigeria as a case study meant registering as a Nigerian.
Secondly, the OP on that website, stated the need to use UAE VPN so that paypal won't use that against u in d future. So if u are using a VPN (which will show u as been in Uae, then u have to u use a random UAE address) but as for the phone number, u can input your Nigeria phone number...

In my south Africa paypal, I put my Nigeria phone number. MAKE SURE U PUT A NUMBER THAT PAYPAL CAN REACH U IN CASE OF ANY PROB. ITS BETTER U GET IT RIGHT NOW BEFORE MONEY STARTS ENTERING THE ACCT.

You can still use the same email address and make sure u use the EXACT REAL NAMES ON YOUR I.D to open a fresh one (personal acct).

But its kind of risky opening a Biz account. Why do I say so? A time will come when u have withdrawn money to a certain level, and paypal will request for your I.D , Utility bill ( and since you are opening a business acct, they will want u to upload some documents about your biz)...

I would prefer opening a personal( or premium) acct because they will only request for an I.D and utility, which will be easy to upload.

@op. Nice step u took to educate some here. But this info is on the internet for free. It's just that some guys are too lazy to search for it. I personally opened a South Africa paypal account from this site tutorial for free.....and the site even has other details for Uae paypal opening.....

A guy said u should stay away from forex, binary options and crypto. Yes I know that many have lost money on forex (I too have lost from there and won't go back there ) but there are some who are making cash there though I won't advise u go for forex.

I prefer binary options ( though I have traded on it in the past around 2012 and lost) but right now, binary options is profitable now because bots are being aloud to trade binary options. So if u can programme a good bot to trade for u, then fine.
I know of a guy that makes between $200 to $250 daily on binary options. As for me, I am looking for someone who has the cash and ready to trade binary options with me. I have my own bot created and ready. Its cash I need for now. I make $150 to $200 on demo. Its better to deposit $500 and above to start and within one week, profit is made.
If I had the cash, I won't bother making it known here.
