[quote author=gen2briz post=28389291]Well-done and Thank God. But what about chibok girls?[/quote If the Chibok didn't have some atom of political attachment to it, I feel those girls would have been rescued by now but forces are comfortable with the present situation and will go up to any length to frustrate rescue efforts. |
Never in Orji Uzor Kalu's imagination would he have imagined that a common public servant he brushed up and single handedly imposed in on Abians even when he was in Jail would be the same man frustrating the hell out of him and has made the state too hot for him to stay comfortably. If the mmu T.A (aka thief after) Orji had stopped only in frustrating his former boss, it would have been better but he has spent the past 7.5 years frustrating all helpless citizens of the state too with bad government with nothing to show for . |
The first pix title is sneaking in to do the job, second pix title is smuggling in to do the job and the third one is jumping in to do the job and finally sitting down to do the job. Dis honorable old men.

My people let's give this pix a appropriate name, I call it "enter the place"

valmunich:If you are too lazy to read written items, sorry because not everyone is like you and not every information is worth summary... The author of this article wrote a interesting and captivating story that deserves to be read and points well understood. |
Benbisco:If you are in the office, you really don't need to read the story now, you can do that after work.... Nigerians are always looking for shortcuts to everything and I don't think it should come into our educational sector. Readers are learners and how do you learn reading and writing skills with summaries? |

For all those expecting/processing their admissions paperworks, I wish you all God's strength and success and for those that will soon go to Abuja or Lagos embassies I wish you all Goodluck. Do your best to pick some past important information in this thread that may assist you in the interview as it relates to your field of pursuit. |
sannywills:I suggest u rather do the pgd in naija and combine d result with your degree for WES evaluation, it will give u a better edge OR just forward your degree to WES ... |
this forum has reached part 6 already? I have really missed this family and the fun in it. I arrived florida 3weeks ago and trying to catch up with d american system of studies and living and i have a gp of 3.05 to maintain else i loose my scholarship. congrats to all those who got visa after me and goodluck to all those gearing up to go to d embassy for their visas. |
Tekecoms1: Thanks boss....You can start processing ur transcript right away, once u have paid your processing fee to d skol they will "open file " for u and any of ur credentials (GRE, Transcript, recommendation letter, letter of purpose etc) will all be attended to anytime it comes in. It doesn't matter if u graduated with a BSc or a HND, they are all seen as a 4year degree by WES and skols in d states. So all polytechnics HND graduates aspiring to do their graduate studies in d states are very good to go . |
Tekecoms1: I have an HND result in elect elect and i ll like to know if i can further on masters in usa..I advice u to have ur skol to forward ur ond and hnd result to wes for evaluation. The advantage is that it will be evaluated as a 4year university course and it's very possible to shoot up ur overall cgpa better than u can even imagine another advantage is that when u go to d embassy u will be looked at as a genuine graduate applicant and not a transfer student. Another advantage is that once u have wes evaluate ur results, it's everlasting..as in u automatically have an account with them and can easily access it or have them forward it to any body/organization that requests for ur undergraduate results anytime in future. |
Mjseun: Please whose heading to GNV Florida? Na only me waka come?I am heading to tallahassee FL |
Mjseun: Dear Applicant,I also got same message this afternoon, does it mean we shouldn't bother checking on d dhl office we are meant pick up d visa until we hear again from them? I ask because last week Thursday in Abuja embassy many of us were asked to come on Friday this week for d visa and a few were asked to come get there's on Wednesday. I traveled down to d east with hope of returning on Thursday and pick d visa on Friday. What do u think guys? |
Please I want to know if anyone will be traveling to the states using the Portharcourt airport. I want to know name of flights that fly to d US via the Ph airport, their prices and any other relevant info as per booking the flight. |
I give God almighty the glory for granting me my visa today at abuja embassy, I also thank each and everyone of u for ur contribution to this wonderful forum. I used NL travel forum as my companion in my preparation even though I hardly comment I follow this forum religiously . Note. I was delayed at d Lagos visa twice in 2012 so I reinforced and came back and got it today. Nothing exceptional was asked after I have crammed different grammars and statements to make. Here is my encounter Vo. What r u goin to do in d united states? Me. Am going for my graduate studies? Vo. What major? Me. Biz admin and mgt Vo. What's name of skol Me. Florida a & m Vo. Have u ever travelled out of d county b4? Me. No Vo. (Presses d computer for sometime and say) so u work? Me. Yes Vo. Were do u work? Me. I work as a .... With d ministry of bla bla bla owerri , imo state Vo. How much is ur salary Me. Told her Vo. Who will be paying for ur studies? Me. I have partial scholarship and my uncle will be paying for d rest Vo. What does he do? Me. He is a civil engineer and has his own engineering firm Vo. Can I see his statements? (I gave her,she looks at it and see it is a american bank).. So your sponsor lives in the Us? Me. Yes Vo. ( Ask me to give her a minute and goes away with d papers and after about 15minutes) ( then na only me and d security man remain for d whole hall cos everyone has left... I use d opportunity to remind baba God that na only me waka come Abuja but I wan waka back to east with something ) When d Vo came back she gave me back d bank stuffs and my i-20 and told me d importance of keeping it well and hen told me those magical words and gave me d ticket to come pick the visa on friday. If u have tried before and failed please don't give up if u really desire to go study in the states, prepare well, comit it to God and try again. |
After these weeks of rigorous preparation for my F1 visa interview at Abuja today... We got there but there system was so so sluggish and not many people were attended to ,finally they asked us to reschedule our interview choosing either 24th or 31st July dates. That's what majority of us did and left. With the hunger and eagerness and anxiety of the day . What will be will still definitely be. |
The Minister of Interior, Comrade Abba Moro has re-assured victims of the Immigration recruitment that the Federal Government would fulfil her promise to the victims. Moro in a statement signed yesterday by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr. George Udoh, revealed that the Presidential Committee had almost completed its assignment and the board of Civil Defence , Immigration and Prisons would not hesitate to implement the President’s directives on the palliatives for the families of the victims at the end of the Presidential Committee’s assignment. The Minister also explained that the apparent delay in not implementing the directives up to this moment was the need to exercise due diligence and to ensure that the due process was not abused and genuine claimants were not omitted in the recruitment exercise. He further disclosed that "since the Presidential pronouncement, the Ministry, the Presidential committee, the NIS and even the Ministry of Justice have been inundated with very many claims some of which are certainly not true". Consequently, the Minister urged Nigerians, "particularly families of those who were affected in the failed Immigration recruitment exercise for further patience and understanding so as not to be stampede into making avoidable mistakes". www.thisdaylive.com/articles/moro-re-assures-recruitment-victims/183956/ |
I need advice .. I filled my ds-60 form last week & while doing so I entered d sevis number of my previous i-20form (which I used 2years ago) as my sevis no and after I submitted d form I noticed that the sevis no written in the i-20 my uncle scanned to me is not same with d one I used (it's same skol though). Also my second problem is that I got august 28 as my interview date while my skol resumes august 25th. So I applied for expedited/emergency interview date and uploaded my i-20form as a back up. My worry is that when I applied for d emergency date, there was a space for filling in tentative travel date ...I wanted to write 1/8/14 but didn't calculate well and wrote 1/7/14. (This happened on 28/7/14) although in the space for a brief explanation I wrote out d dates and months correctly as it should be). I haven't gotten any response/email on weather my application is accepted or denied uptil now. Please guys what do u think about my story? |
juntod: Is your previous admission still valid? Do you have a new I-20 from the same school? Does the I-20 have same SEVIS # as the one you had in 2012?yes I got same admission from same school I applied in 2012 although I haven't get hold of d new i-20 form yet (it's ready but my relative helping me out in the admission process over there hasn't sent it down to me yet). |
exxy: hahahahaha!!, it's a friend of mine that needs this help, I don pass this level now( by His grace )tell your friend to go to login to the visa interview site and click on the expedited/emergency date option and fill d form there explaining briefly why he wants a early date and scan them a copy(ies) of proof for need (i-20form) and await their response by email later. |
Pls I want to know how long is the sevis payment valid? What I mean is that I was at the embassy last in 2012 and was denied visa I am now in d process of going back for interview at d embassy this 2014 and I want to know if I will have to pay another sevis fee or is the previous one still valid for use?? |
Precious Rose..George has succeeded in killing Gabriel,I hope he can now relax and Rosara has fully recovered from the insanity drugs the wicked nurse gave her |
The poster is a daft to think anyone will take him serious with his quarter baked job info., you can have the job to yourself all alone if u think the "OND" job is too big for u to give out the full useful details without advertising your phone number for "some desperate" people to start calling u |
OBJ represents everything evil and it's insulting on the people of Nigerians for him to have ever written a letter to GEJ when he is the master of corruption, abuse of opposition, impunity etc His daughter has exposed him more |
Of course this was going to be the outcome all along as the judge that jailed him erred in law. EFCC’s evidence was flawed and inconclusive but i guess the case was politically influenced in Lagos then. |
My GOTV is not showing some stations including Telemundo... And I have spent my money in buying fuel and posing to watch PR by 7.30pm but no show.. Did anybody experience such too? |
where was Tambuwal when President Obasanjo suddenly had a private university in Ota, when OBJ upgraded his farm to a multinational facility ,when he built a 21st century presidential library and acquired wealth all as a sitting president OR was Tambuwal not a house member when Hon. Bankole siphoned a lot of money for himself? OR didn't Tambuwal benefit from the grabbing of legiiislators quarters which the last house members all gave to them selves after their 4years or is it the laughable furniture allowance and constitution allowance which they all enjoy to them selves?.... it is bad already that these polticians are sapping us but it is cruel for them to try to claim saints |
