Mr. Bayo Akinsete, has divorced his wife, Kehinde. Akinsete, 48, who resides at Odongunyan, Ikorodu, Lagos State, had dragged Kehinde to an Ikorodu Customary Court, seeking the dissolution of the 10-year-old marriage. He had told the court that Kehinde informed him that her former husband, whom she claimed she divorced had died before Akinsete fell in love with her. Akinsete said that the union was blessed with a son, Joshua, adding that he was surprised when Kehinde, who had gone on a pilgrimage to a mountain within the country, sometime in 2008, sent a text message to him that she would be going to her former husband. Akinsete said, “One day when she went to pilgrimage, she sent a text to me that she was going back to her former husband. When I received the message, I was so amazed that I had read the text many times to be sure of what I was reading. I was totally at lost because this was the same woman who told me that her former divorced husband had died long ago. The woman went away with our son, Joshua. “She also was in the habit of changing schools for Joshua without good reason and this could adversely affect his education. I am no more interested in the marriage.” Akinsete requested that Joshua should be in Kehinde’s custody for proper care as he is a man and had not remarried. However, Kehinde, 40, a midwife, said she only changed Joshua’s school once when she observed that the school’s standard was low. She denied faking her former husband’s death, saying that her former spouse had gone to a war and did not return on time. Kehinde said that she decided to remarry. She said, ”Akinsete and I started living together happily. We were blessed with a son. But one day, I got a revelation in my church that I should re-examine myself. I was disturbed when the revelation persisted. I discussed it with Akinsete and told him that we could no longer live as couple as my conscience was pricking me about the revelation. “We even afterwards stopped love making even though we were still sleeping on the same bed. When the fear of the revelation became unbearable, I moved out of the matrimonial home and sent a text message to Akinsete that I had returned to my former husband.” The Acting President of the court, Mr. Nosiru Isiaka, granted the dissolution of the marriage and ordered Akinsete to always provide through the court, before 5th of every month N2,500 as alimony for Joshua‘s upkeep. Help!!! I think am fading away. I met this girl 3years ago, i could remember she told me i was her second boyfriend and immediately asked her why are u not together just to learn and gain something from that she said he his a playboy and to romantic. Ohh to cut the story short she finally accepted ma request. All ma friends n family knws her cos i truly love her not only being ma first love since i was born. The 1st 2yrs was full of funs as in making her laugh oo. I was very surprise since August she has being behaving somhow as in pointing out ma mistakes like. Why dont u call me since morning, u dont even care 4me and soo. Then i knew som1 is trespassing, with d little knowledge i av abt relationship i always apologize to her even if she offended me atleast am 23yrs old. Sometime she wont pick ma call, i dont hav time to visit her cos she just concluded her sec level and she is a virgin dats wat she told me anyway. Am an undergraduate, always hookedup with assignments, class work, and am the class rep just a very busy boy cos i dont play with my education but i just need som1 i will be sharing ma prob with thats all. I could remember she told me to follow her to a nite party lol ma respond was dat i cant go pherhaps am having 2test on monday she was very angry i think cos she bang the phone off me. 14/08/2010 she told me a huge lie. CAIRO – Al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden claimed responsibility for the Christmas Day airline bombing attempt in Detroit, in a audio message released Sunday, and vowed further attacks on the U.S. The message suggests that bin Laden wants to show he remains in direct command of al-Qaida's many branches around the world. In the short recording carried by the Al-Jazeera Arabic news channel, bin Laden addressed President Barack Obama saying the attack was a message similar to that of Sept. 11 and more attacks against the U.S. would be forthcoming. "The message delivered to you through the plane of the heroic warrior Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was a confirmation of the previous messages sent by the heroes of the Sept. 11," he said. "America will never dream of security unless we will have it in reality in Palestine," he added. "God willing, our raids on you will continue as long as your support for the Israelis continues." On Christmas Day, Nigerian national Abdulmutallab attempted to blow up the Northwest Airlines flight he was sitting on as it approached Detroit Metro Airport. But the bomb he was hiding in his underwear failed to explode. He told federal agents shortly afterward that he had been trained and instructed in the plot by al-Qaida operatives in Yemen. Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula originally took credit for the attack, but by issuing this message, bin Laden seems to be indicating that he himself is ordering attacks, rather than just putting his seal of approval on events afterward. Analysts had previously suggested that al-Qaida's offshoots in North Africa, the Arabian Peninsula and elsewhere were operated independently from bin Laden, who is believed to be somewhere in Afghanistan-Pakistan border region. There was no way to confirm the voice was actually that of Bin Laden, but it resembled previous recordings attributed to him. In the past year, bin Laden's messages have concentrated heavily on the plight of the Palestinians in attempt to rally support across the region.
