Yes I did after I got a denial mail, so I placed the request again, did u get a denial mail ?

My account has been frozen until 72 hours. It’s getting frustrating.

I will upload my sevis receipt once it’s unfrozen. But there are also people who uploaded everything and were still denied emergency appointments, what do u say to that??

Is there anything I can do to release my account now since it’s been frozen

Calm down.. just take your time .. you will definitely secure an appointment, do you mean you cannot login on your portal or is it only the rescheduling icon is what you can’t access?
Just be patient.. hopefully there will be available dates in December.

Yes you, I just called them now, and the lady that picked said MRV are used twice. So if u see an earlier date u can.

I am keeping my fingers crossed right now because after been denied emergency appointment there’s nothing one can do but to wait and hope that an early date is released again

I pray that God will help and answer all of us in this category.

Have you checked your dashboard, is there no emergency request there by now ... if it has come up you can send request again I think

Cos reason behind first emergency request denial not stated.

My Emergency request was just approved now, Abuja Embassy. I’ve been able to reschedule from February 2021 to November 23.
I don’t know if this information would be helpful to anyone here.

When did you submit a request and can you help with the reason for emergency that u wrote ?

I saw it here on Nairaland. Someone posted that there are now available dates for December 11 in Lagos. So I terminated my Abuja appointment immediately and booked with Lagos.

On my dashboard there is room to request for emergency appointments again... I hope this won’t have the MRV limit if I re submit my request

How did you see the new dates? Was the calendar showing when you logged in or you clicked on the "reschedule appointment" button first?

I am yet to get a second mail too, I did attach the SEVIS fee payment

I think they said resumption within 60 days for emergency request.. mine falls within but still denied emergency request.. please what’s the way forward.
