I have stopped thinking abt this FBN stuff.

Debroslink, stop misleading this poor chap. There won't be anoda draw for the semi-finals.

Up Chelsea! Up Chelsea!

Eniayo: Hello evry1 it is not scam, the lagos fair went down yesterday, have seen photos, its vry credible.applicants frm port and abuja will start getting theur entry cards from tomorow

One of them. Can u hia urself speak? Uv seen photos, its credible. So pple shuld come pay more to attend abi. Look hia, i personally knw these guys very well, or u wanna tell me abt Yemi Sowande(their head).
I drank beer and ate Nkwobi wit ma 3K, instead of givn it to u, yemi sowande and his cohorts all in the name of recruitment fair.
Pls go hug transformer

Just saw it too on CNN

We warned u.

Pple who atteneded shuld talk now, haba. Ar u guys too devastated to give us feedbacks? Where are those *No harm in trying* i am seriously waiting for dem to prove me wrong that Yemi sowande scammed dem. I am sure all the insurance coy in nigeria will be in attendance..lol

Waiting...

For those that were present at the fair in lagos 2day, how did it go...

I just sent my application filling everywia with *Blaa blaa blacksheep* the only correct thing was my e-mail add. I uploaded a BLANK microsoft word as my CV. Alas, i got the msg in my inbox that av been shortlisted that i shuld go pay 3K into their GTB account.
I have said it and read it in so many places, most nigerian graduates are unemployable. They come out more gullible afta graduation. Can y'all see d reason why.
See scam bodly written all ova this stuff, yet some are still justifying their gullible action. I hia.
Well done Yemi sowande, jobless youth using wat he gat to get he wants.

Crazy Mods

Nigerians and their gullibility. I knw a lot of pple will still fall for this even afta bn warned not to. U will see dem complaining next week that they've bn duped. Well, will wait for season 2 of this thread afta the fair.
Well done Yemi Sowande. Ahhhh, maga don dey pay. 3K * 40,000applicants =

Do not be deceived, i knw these guys personally. They are thieves. Their office is located on ikorodu road just afta maryland. They rented one shop using it as their office. I was invited by them once for one of their fake job ad around dec 2012. During the interview, the yemi guy told me abt this Job fair coming up in march 2013 dat job seekers will pay 3K each. I querried him , he gave one stupid excuse.
Pls do not be fooled, i repeat, do not be fooled. It's betta u give ur GF the 3k to mk her hair this weekend or use to drink beer and chop nkwobi dan givn yemi.
They are scammers.

Who knows d salary package/Test format for a front desk officer.. O.N.D?

Good One Khalil, love ur maturity. Apologies bro.

@Khalil and TheBeam(Nairaland's Newest members).
Wont trade words with u guys.. Naaaaaaaah, am in a very good mood today. Wont av u guys spoil it for me. 2 of u shuld go and sin no more.
NB: The second poster quickly removed his phone number immediately he saw ma post. I am so sure u 2 ar new to nairaland. Welcome to nairaland botha U

Yea, he receieved a pre-screening data form before the actual invite. He wil fill it this morn and send back. He also got a text msg

A friend of mine just received a mail for a test/Interview at EPCM for d post of a front desk officer. He lives in surulere, the venue is AJAH/LEKKI.. Hmm, for an OND holder. He needs advice on whether to attend or not cos getting to ajah before 8am daily frm surulere na die, and does anybody knw the salary he will be based on?

adonai36: @Georgee, hw far with UBA?
Shalom

Hmmm, i'm still waiting for my 2nd interview call-up. Called UBA HR last week and was told my batch is on hold that i'l soon be called. Internal process.
Just waiting patiently for them.

Save urself from all these hassles by just googling *UPS Nigeria* .
I hate it wen pple dont help themselves first before seeking help frm others.

Bro i'm equally as confused as u are.

Thank u @U3fine. Can u imagine their mentality, graduates for that matter. I will nearly kill my 5yr-old nephew if he behaves d way some nigerian graduates behave on this forum.
If i hadn't cut in, this thread wuld av reached 50pages wit phone numbers and e-mail addys. Later they wil come hia and start cryn dat someone sent a scam msg to their emails/phone numbers. I keep reading everywia that most nigerian graduates are unemployable. These are d kind of nonsense that facilitates such write-up. U need to see some Job websites, the way the so-called graduates ask foolish questions and even directn it to d owner of the Job sites as if the site owner is a recruiting agent.
Be guided.
