Please for the sake of your sanity and peace of mind NEVER purchase Mtn Lumos solar electricity, it is a ploy to siphon money from customers without taking their welfare into cognizance . For Lumos prime their 12 volts converter which they purported can resist 150 watts voltage can’t even resist an 100 watts voltage. I bought more than 4 converters from them before a friend of mine advice me to purchase from a private company, which has be working very fine. On Monday last week, I came back from office very saturated,I switched on the Lumos yellow box and was amazed to discovered that it was beaming “12 V overload disconnect some devices”, yet no devices was connected to it. To be brief,I have been calling Mtn Lumos customer desk since last week, they have refused/ neglected to fix it . If the organization says my statement is fallacious my number is 09130473306 and my yellow box system number is 3329277. For the avoidance of doubt to prove that my allegations are based on fact I am ready to joint issues with them in any court of competent jurisdiction. I have not utilize their product for almost two weeks for what l am paying #8000 monthly for. Please beware .
