I log into my survival fund portal, i notice that my company name and employees beneficiaries have been erase , everything is blank

the site is not reachable since morning.... what could be the problem?

Are the old accounts still active....? and is the portal opened, becos av been trying but it will still prompt me "the scheme is now closed"

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF YOU THAT RECEIVED THE CASH, finally, I have been expelled after signing the latter of offer and my status change to AWARDED and latter change to PAYMENT FAILED. (Maybe becos i used personal account)

I received a mail from them this morning in this regard.

Has anybody from First Bank received this grant...? cos i dnt understand anymore ooo

what will happen to us that was awarded and now our status is reading PAYMENT FAILIED and no mail was sent to us to make amend

and urs too is reflecting PAYMENT FAILIED ?

I have received their message. There is issue with the swiftcode/Bic updated, First bank Bic code on internet is not correct

I believe deloitte won't tell lies about processing the grant payment. I think the problem is with the banks. May be the money is hanging in transit or the banks are using it for fx before they will eventually credit the beneficiary. But keep engaging deloitte with mails so that they can be moved to track the payment from their end. I'm looking forward to celebrating with you. I will update you with the information I got on ad credits.

am yet to receive my grant fund and have written them twice no reply, somebody help, what else can i do....? am tire

Why are the employees details wipe off on the portal, and i don't like the idea of paying directly to employees, the money should have pass through the employers, two of my employees claim they were not paid and the is no way i can verify. facing serious conflict and disloyalty

I have written them, await responds

i think they are not counting from when you submitted the offer letter, but from the deadline date of submission which is Monday 2nd November, and today is exact 2weeks
