Unfortunately, that's the main cause of your frequent and uncontrollable mastorbatn. Stop watching it and you'll realise that your problem is half solved.
2. Get a girl. And when you get one, don't forget to practise safe sex
3. Engage in outdoor activities. You don't necessarily need to be a sport man. You can mingle with the decent people in your environment just for chatting anytime you're less busy, idle and bored instead of being alone in your room.
4. If you have surplus data that browsing alone is not sufficient enough to drain your data, you can watch YouTube, there are more than enough entertaining, fun educational contents including full movies. You can also show interest in downloading and/or streaming movies with your data.

It started yesterday, Saturday at Ibese Cement company when the truck officers were asked to return their company identity cards and other properties and collect their sacked letters. On Sunday, Obajana Cement followed suit.
Some have finished their probationary period of six months about 3 months without confirmation while others will finish their own 6 months probationary period this month of February.
I heard that soldiers had been deployed in the premises to prevent, may be, violent reactions from 900 workforce .
