There’s a difference between getting an NSF and getting a mail requesting for more documents.

How many days extra can one expect an NSF to add to UKVI processing days

I am about to start processing my international passport for the first time. I used my own name on my NIN instead of my husband's name. I was told for me to have an international passport in my husband's name, I have to first change it on my NIN.

My question is: does my passport have to bear my husband's name, can't I just stick to my parent's name.

Will that disqualify me as his dependant for UK student visa?

Has anyone who doesn't know anybody in Fidelity paid their school fees through the bank recently? Mine is almost 30 days with the bank, and whenever I ask for update they keep responding with the annoying automated message of first come, first served and funds availability.

Your ATAS certificate is valid for 6months, so far you're not changing your course.

I recently received my ATAS certificate for a research start date of October 1 but due to unforseen circumstances, I need to shift the start date to December 1. My question is: do I need to apply for a new ATAS as no start or end date is written on the certificate? Thanks in advance.

I'm afraid Fidelity might be more useless than your Sterling bank. It's been 3 weeks now and my form A has not been reviewed at all.

Sterling bank is just a useless bank as far as Form A is concerned. My application was there for 5 weeks on a spot. I had to use black market too after they wasted my time.

Can someone enlighten me on how to pay my initial deposit other than form A. I learned it can only be paid through a domiciliary account, card or transfer. I am yet to open a Dom account. Here are my questions.

1. Is it advisable I open a dollar or pound account?

2. If I'm opening a pounds account, am I paying the dollar equivalence (gotten from oanda converter) of my initial deposit.

3. If Oanda conversion doesn't apply how do I know the dollar amount I need to put in my account before I make payment?
