I would suggest a paid mail first since 28th are yet to get a response and to reduce the possibility of them escalating it automatically so we don't wait for another 15 working days.

For those that have gotten this mail, how long does it take for collection mail to follow.
Someone said this means visa has been approved. Is this always the case?

Why not get a flight to London and ride on coach from London to Birmingham, it's just around 2½ hrs journey

Why in a rush when you don't have an offer yet? TB test isn't a big deal and can be done anytime. There's a section of the TB test form you're expected to enter a UK address which ought to be the address of your University if you're going for student visa.

You can enter any school address you want . The TB result is the main point. But someone can easily change the address with #8500 or so.

Initiate a payment using form A. Check with your bank if you need to bring the documents physically to the bank branch too.

Mine didn't move to VAC but the brp mail on Sunday, is strange though. If u do receive the collection mail kindly update us.
