I'm guessing such a move would be through a people's referendum. It something that has to be done has the Saraki tenure has shown that these senators are holding the future of the Nigeria to a ransom
who gonna conduct the people's referendum?

NYSC warn against using ur personal money to fund personal CDS project, they always advise corps members to source for fund from the communities where they serve, philanthropies, NGOs or even honourables representing such communities in the States or National Assembly. Keep searching u will definitely find one. this is elections era those honourables will be willing to partner with you.

I don't understand, you said better fuel economy as one of the advantage and still mentioned high cost of Diesel as a disadvantage.
fuel consumption in diesel engine is more economical than pms, on the other hand a litre of diesel is more expensive than a litre of pms here in Naija.

You left Abuja to "Lagos " just to eat his money.
What if he uses you for ritual?
Nonsense.
The room is dirty and scattered, why not help the guy to arrange it instead of trying to shame him on social media.
If you really love the guy, you should have helped him tidy up the room at least.
Hungry gluttonous empty entities everywhere.
Wow! I love ur line of reasoning.
