ayobase:

Why won't ur cousin wanna engage her!
He is 29 and comfortable, what is he still waiting for...this girl in question is tired of gifts after and before gifts...she wants it defined!

Its hightime ladies started speaking their minds at a points in relationships...."What's happening to our relationship...when are we taking it to the next level"

Most guys out there are full of deceit. They end up dating these girls for months aor yrs and later breaking up....a responsible lady at the age of 24 dating guys at intervals after break ups wouldn't know when she is gonna be 35.

we think alike!!
Mr A for 8 months
Mr B for 13 months
Mr C for 6months
Mr D for 18 months

And she keeps dating without these guys engaging or defining....hmmmm!

Girls wake up....we guys could be bad...tell him ur church mind....we say you are desperate cos we are not ready for you!

A man saying a girl is desperate deeply means that he does not love that girl....as simple as ABC!

I'm talking on behalf of my sister and fiancee!

Don't blame the ladies..rather the guys. They want it all in a relationship--sex,companionship,food etc---and the ladies never criticize us.When it gets to our turn to return the favor and "ring it up" you hear all sort of stupid words like "desperation" etc.
Tell your friend he shd also stop sleeping with the lovely lady since its too early in the relationship.Bet he won't bug.
One reason I protect my sis from all these selfish guys.I never let any guy bullshit with her using this love nonsense.
She just married her first and only boyfriend at age 26.GUYS PROTECT YOUR SISTERS FROM THESE NASTY CREATURES.
Spending 250days(8months),almost 6000hrs with a girl and your cousin hasn't even thought of a possible future with the said lady.
SMH!!!

2sexy: The worse part is that she hasn't felt an iota of remorse. She still thinks she in control of the guy and for that reason, she can come back easily without any any restriction.

This 2sexy character.hope u vexed in handling a woman now.we don't want any more heartbreak stories from you.
Personally am yet to experience one...I always tell every lady I date,"The only lady that can break my heart is my grandma, when she dies".I love that woman pass my own life.
Bro,focus and focus on your success...they will come when you are made.don't be wasting your little change on them.
Let no one deceive you, aside your close family, love is a mirage. We are all selfish in nature.
A gal dates you because she sees a future with you...husband material and ability to take care of the home.Mmen eqalually date a woman because she is pretty, you can show her off, good sex, money, great mother for your unborn kids etc.Love is a bargain.

Romance / All My Female Colleagues ,age 27 ,still unmarried.Men lets Sit Up!! by GHANAOGA: 2:52pm On Nov 09, 2012
I visited home last year and was really surprised by the fact that all of my female colleagues from high school are still unmarried and still holding on to 'boyfriend-girlfriend' relationship.Men we need to sit up and honor our ladies....
What are the reasons for this current trend?

thelastPope:

You are very very very very very wrong to the 25th power! I know at least five Nigerian doctors, four from uniben and one from Unilag that where employed in the US and beat other doctors trained in US universities. You lot are so full of insecurity, it is alarming. Knowledge is universal. It has nothing to do with location. The textbook used in the US universities are fully available to the Nigerian students back home. Some of you lads in diaspora make me really sad. You don't have a clue of your country.

Like I said, knowledge is universal. How good you become is a function of how hard you work, not where you are born or where you live. In fact, Nigerian doctors are always better because the system here is almost like a military drill. Do you know what some of us have to go through in school? Do you know the discipline we had to imbibe to go through school. If you put me in a class with any oyibo guy, give us the same materials and ask us to read, comprehend and apply what we read, I will leave him behind to eat my poo in less than 3 months. Which oyibo or any of you diaspora peeps have ever read from 10pm in the night to 8am the next morning? Answer me! Even with only indomie in your stomach! Which of you have ever finished a physics textbook in 3 days? That your aje icecream study you do there is what you come here and talk about? If the same facilities available overseas are made available to Nigerian students, they would already have gone to mars and back.

Its such a shame, our past leaders messed up the country if not, funny peeps like you will not be talking with such inferiority complex.

Ha ha ha.A med student in Nigeria reading from 10pm to 8am is an achievement? Dude u really a village champion,I urge you to visit a medical school in the United States.Have you heard of the MCAT,Step1,step2 and Step3?
Reading a physics text book in three days?Damn, give me that book...a cup of coffee and set the clock at 24hours.

Please, never compare your education to that of any US med school.TRAVEL AND SEE!!

Romance / Re: My Family Wants Me To Marry For Money. by GHANAOGA: 10:41pm On Sep 06, 2012
sweetrace: If you marry this Rich guy who cannot take the time to court a girl, he will see you as nothing more than his property. Paid for just like his car, house and furniture. And just like those things, you may have no say in your own home.

poor people have broken homes too.Why not advise her on how to play smart with the rich man-get a job, savings, names on properties- rather than all this poor man talks.

There is no guarantee in this life.Even the poor boyfriend can leave her later once he gets rich...and then what?

For your info, rich people dont have time for all this long term courtship. They know what they want and they are ready to provide. They have nothing else to proof.
Get to know him for the four months, ask people about his character and if no red signs..GBAM.Go for it gal!!
Romance / Re: My Family Wants Me To Marry For Money. by GHANAOGA: 10:28pm On Sep 06, 2012
Go for the money!!

Money can and will make you happy. You just met the man, during these four months your love will grow.

Your poor three bedroom bungalow guy has not passed the fitness test yet to be a man.

Hey u can even use the richman's money to better his life later.

I just hate growing up poor and will never replace "MONEY" with "LOVE".Love is a hormonal thing.

Even in the animal kingdom the alpha male gets all the women.Who cares about love?

Pray and make sure you also have some good savings while leaving with the rich man and get a JOB!Do not be a housewife.Listen to your parents jor.

Culture / Re: What's So Special About Male Children? by GHANAOGA: 9:01pm On Aug 24, 2012
Is this even worth debating?Males have been the backbone of many families for several generations now.
Case in point,my maternal grandmother has 5 children(all female),they all married and doing well in their "new adopted" families.
However,it was us, her grandsons, that finally contributed in building the only house she leaves in right now.

Having said that, I wish for both male and female kids cool cool cool.
When my mum traveled outside the country,,my elder sis "held the kitchen down" cheesy cheesy cheesy
Properties / Re: The Real Cost Of Building A 6 Bedroom Duplex (reloaded) by GHANAOGA: 10:15pm On Dec 14, 2011
@Spyderman et al. I am silent follower

Been wondering about this for a while? Why do we tend to overbuild our houses living in the poorest continent on earth.
The money I have spent thus far on my four bedroom bungalow is more than Spyderman's duplex cost and I am yet to roof it.
What is the point of wasting 80bags on German floor when spyder used less and his house still stands and as strong as ever?I spent 200bags to mould 5000 6solid blocks @25 per bag, something spyderman would've gotten about 8000blocks from.
All I keep hearing is "your house would last long".And am forced to reply,"what of the wooden houses hear in the USA,more so the mud houses in my villages after so many years.

Spyderman thanks so much for the enlightenment!! Next time ,I am doing it your way!
40 bags for German Floor,35-40 blocks per bag of cement etc

What do yo guys think?

Africans and the pull him down (PhD) syndrome.
I for one still trust Brabus and Spyderman and wouldn't hesitate getting either one of them for my future projects.Through their immense contributions here, I can confidently supervise a building from foundation to the roofing stage.By following their numerous post, I have been able to save thousands of dollars on my current project without paying them a dime or even offering palm wine. And am doing this in GHANA.May God Bless you guys!! I dove my hat!

Mistakes are painful when they happen, but years later a collection of mistakes is what is called experience.
