I have one small laptop with 1.85GHz CPU speed, 2.50 Gig memory and hard drive of 75Gig it is an HP N6400, it has windows 7 on it,, can I put windows 10 it? Because the wife is not seeing my phone hotspot, it appears for like 5 minutes and disappear for days, the USB ports are four and when I plug USB drive into them they don't work as it keep displaying device driver was not successfully installed and I cannot upgrade the driver so I am thinking of installing windows 10 on it, maybe the drivers will be installed successfully.
