Hello everyone. Would you advise one to apply for a visa at 31weeks? I know the chances are slim but I'm hoping to hear about some exceptional cases. Thank you. |
Hello everyone! I've got a very cute 9-month old boy and I would love for him to do some modelling. Agents in the house, please help. |
Thank you, Ehonda. Which model is it? What are its features? Is it brand new? What other accessories does it come with? Is the second machine a serger? |
I used to wash my locks with Omo washing detergent!!! Bad advice from a hairstylist. |
Ehonda, happy new year o. Has your machines arrived? I need a Brother sewing machine, preferably the CS6000i or any other one that has multiple stitches, buttonholer, auto threader and light. Thanks |
Scouse brows (heavily drawn/painted or tattooed eyebrows) Crop top Side-shaven hair (ladies, dunno what it's called) |
But Uzoo, hmm, pastels worn as bottoms, not sure about that. especially for curvy ladies like me. I don't think it would really give that slimming effect or what do you think? |
Oh Uzoo, this is sooooo me. Thank you so much. Amma start hunting down these lovely pieces, tho I can spot some that I already have . This is just my style. Thanks. Can you be my cyber-buddy? Please, say yes! Lol |
Hello uzoo! I need some advice on colors. I get a lot of compliments each time I wear black .shirts, blouses, sweats, dresses, etc Now I'm changing my wardrobe and since I can't have an all-black line up,can you, please, suggest other colors that can also give me this same wow-factor . P.s: I'm dark-skinned, Mac 'NW45', Revlon 'caramel'. I hope that helps.lol. THANKS. |
Zaron eyebrow definer and Sleek Contour Kit. |

All the goodies are always on the island. Choi!! Would love to attend sha. I need some encouragement on this long "transitioning journey". |
accurate!!!but seriously, this "falling in your dream", I thought I was the only one. although I've not had it in a long while. I hope it has no spiritual meaning o. *face-palm* |
Onnari and Efosa, could you please suggest a good sewing machine that is better and not as noisy as the regular Butterfly Machine? Thank you. |
estyy2: Gud evenin house, lyk I said in d mornin, dis is my own fabric for the gown,bt I'll decide on wch 1 to use l8aUse the green one pleeeeeaaaase! So lovely. |
Tyina27: Hello house. Please can someone help me with where to get ACV in Ekiti and Anambra state, respectively?Try any big supermarket or pharmacy. |
Or a push toy or building blocks or a toy mobile phone. Something engaging. |
NappilyNigerian, apart from oiling your braids, do you also oil your scalp after wiping? |
@chineloSA, you mean one can actually sew dreadlocks back on ?? And I cut and threw my long 3yr-old locks away back in 2010....*wailing* |
@AdannayaBella, is it okay for me to do the ACV rinse too? Post or pre shampoo / conditioning? |
THANK YOU , Adannayabella.you've been helpful. |
AdannayaBella: Sounds like your hair could use some protein conditioner. I would advise you use a protein conditioner to strengthen your hair especially if it has been tucked under a weave or braids for a significant amount of time. For a homemade protein conditioner, mix up mayonnaise, 1 or 2 eggs, olive oil and honey and leave on your hair for about 30-45 mins.thank you so much. is it okay to braid my hair immediately after deep-conditioning? what other hairstyles can I do that will really hide my new growth especially at the hairline? its really unflattering. makes my hairdo look old. better still, is there any product that can tame the hair in that region? God bless !!! |
hello everyone! i'm 5 months post relaxer and transitioning. I don't intend to do the big chop. I hope the relaxed parts will grow out. just took out my braids this morning, washed with dudu osun ,air-dried and 'moisturized' with shea butter. i'm having a bad case of breakage right now. I some strands of hair on the floor and the comb . I'm finding it hard dealing with two textures. the new growth feels soooo dry while the relaxed part feels soft but breaking endlessly. please help. what products do I need, regimen and how often should I trim. p.s: products should be inexpensive and easily sourced, please. |
fashion designing, beaded jewellery-making or makeup artistry. I trained in all these fields at different times and I'm really good at them . The problem is I don't know which to focus on. I don't want to be a jack of all trades by doing all three . And most businesses these days are saturated. Please, help me decide. or if you know of any lucrative business I can engage in (medium-low capital), please let me know. Thank you. |
I loooove all your fabrics, @ onari. especially the black and whites. where did you get them from ,please? and what type of fabric are they? |
$wtme:Beautybyjj (the lady in the video) uses mostly high end products which may be difficult for you to get here. I'll suggest cheaper ones like : Davis eye pencil (brown) - 70naira Zaron eyebrow definer. - 1,800naira Mary Kay foundation (in your skin shade)- 2,000 the Zaron thingy comes with a mini angled brush and spoolie so you don't really need to buy those separately, you might want to when you've mastered the art. All the best! |
