Nobody is taking anybody to court because they didn't break any law, since there was no law in place back then against those acts. The senate are only doing their best to bring those acts to an end by making them illegal from the day the law is enacted henceforth.

The Osun state governor must move to prosecute the perpetrators of the Ife killings to serve as deterrent to others who might be hatching such thoughts.
Nigerian governors must meet and agree to prosecute all recent cases of ethno-religious killings such as the Nimbo and Kano killings in order to dispel claims of bias and to serve as deterrent to other would be criminals.
Nigerians on our part must learn to see and treat individuals as individuals and not as Hausa, Igbo or Yoruba. This will reduce the menace of attacking a group for the wrong of a single member who might just be living his life on his own with no connection to his group.

Buhari isnt really fighting cortuption, all he doing is 'debt recovery' from previous office holders. You will know Buhari is fighting corruption when 'Egunje' to Police, Army and other armed forces is no more. You will know Buhari if fighting corruption when the massive extortion happening in wharfs, Airports, boarders and other ports of entry by customs, immigration and FAAN have stopped. You will know that Buhari is winning the war on corruption when you can walk into any state Government office, demand a copy of your states income and expenditure for the previous months and it is given to you.

It was bound to happen,but the Yoruba masses didn't see it,the political class of the Yoruba saw it and warned sternly,that was the main reason why tinubu wanted to become the vice president and to impose his boys as senate president and house of reps speaker.
We have to understand that the reason apc was able to win gej wasn't because of tinubu backing but because buhari agreed to join apc and to bring his northern support base into the structure of apc,look at the results of the last presidential elections in the south west,apc didn't even win convincingly,it was the votes from the north that nailed the coffin of pdp.
Lets fast forward the game,a region that didn't contribute 50% of the winning votes cant definitely decide the direction the party will take .i have said it that the battle for 2019 will tear apc apart and that the south west will lose out. Believe me ,apc is going to expel many of tinubu boys very very soon immediately after the ondo elections
